This is a natural habit of most female Giant Dragons. Although those female Colorful Dragons don't have any concept of chastity, their weak spots and private parts are covered with a thick layer of scales for protection, just like the armor worn by those Humanoid Races.
Except for some scholars and Dragon Hunters who are particularly familiar with the structure of a dragon's body, only the dragons themselves are sufficiently aware of their own kind's weak spots and private parts, yet these dragons still do not like to expose their weaknesses in front of outsiders.
However, the big cat's steps appear quite cute in this posture, but when a creature as terrifying and huge as the Red Dragon does it, it looks especially fierce, as if its paws can no longer tolerate that Beastman Nobility's stupidity.
