The Royal Capital, the City of Capito of the Golden Empire.
The royal city of the Golden Empire is also a large municipal administrative unit directly under the jurisdiction of the empire.
A super large city, it is the political center, cultural center, center of magic civilization and technological innovation, and center of national civilization exchange of the empire.
As of now, according to the Imperial Government's municipal statistics, the Royal Capital encompasses sixteen districts, and with ongoing expansion, the total area is 68,000 square kilometers.
Besides the aesthetic and architectural standards of the Land of the Giant Dragons, which result in exceptionally large building footprints, the current plans of the Golden Empire do not favor super-tall, multi-story residential buildings.
This also relates to building conditions and materials. Large, wonder-like structures can be constructed with magic, but common residential buildings cannot yet bear such loads.
