After the Fishman Tribe's previous attack, the entire town's planning and reconstruction have shifted inland to ensure there is enough time and distance to handle sudden situations arising from the sea.
The docks and coast, which were originally near the town, now belong to areas outside the city and are not included in the small city's plan, but still fall within the defensive system of the small city.
