Nina Hayes heard him say this and quickly chimed in, "He's probably fine, just wanted to mess with me, pretending. He'll be okay soon."

After the rounds were done, Alvin Lee returned to the office and opened up the various test results of Zane Sutton, glancing over them.
Upon seeing a certain data, he frowned, stood up, and walked towards Caleb Lockwood.
Standing beside his desk, he lowered his voice, "Your future father-in-law's tumor markers are quite high."
Caleb Lockwood heard this and glanced sideways at him.
Alvin Lee: "During the medical history inquiry, I learned he has a long history of smoking, and he's over fifty, so I checked the tumor markers."
