The Six-Ring Tower's virtual tavern exists not on any layer, nor in any room, but within the mental network of the Six-Ring Badge.
Every official member of the Six-Ring Tower can explore the badge with Spiritual Power, select the "tavern" option, and enter that intangible space as a Spiritual Power condensed avatar.
No walls, no ceiling, no floor, just an endless gray-white void.
