Kellen thought that the moment they stepped back into the room that Rhys would pounce on him.
While that wasn't quite the case, it wasn't exactly a lie either.
Rhys just…took his time.
"Message your important people. Tell them I said yes, and then put your phone on silent." Rhys whispered, pressing Kellen against the door as his lips traced small patterns against Kellen's skin. Kellen sucked in, his body arching so that he was pressed tighter against the man that he loved.
"What?" Kellen breathed, his head tilting back to give Rhys more room.
"I want them to know you're safe, I didn't reject you, and that you are occupied. They can put two and two together." Rhys whispered, his tongue running up from Kellen's collarbone to nibble on Kellen's earlobe. "Please?" How could Kellen even say no to him? There wasn't a bone in his body that wanted to.
