Chapter One
Westerville High School
As the group of girls approached Sapphire O'Aldonna, they couldn't help but be drawn to her ethereal beauty. She sat casually, her features fair and natural, without a hint of makeup. Her eyes were slightly squinted, but her attractiveness shone through, like a painting that captivated all who laid eyes on her. "Any news?" Sapphire asked, raising an eyebrow as the girls turned to Tanya.
"Why are you all looking at me?" Tanya began, but Marrie cut her off with a wave of her hand. "Fine, it's the usual," Tanya said, "a fashion contest." "I'll pass," Sapphire quickly replied. "You won't dare, baby girl," Lexi chimed in with a grin, and Tanya nodded in agreement.
"New students," Marrie muttered, her eyes widening in surprise. "How come I never heard of it from my dad's mouth?" Her dad was the owner of the school, after all. "Not just one, but five," Tanya added, holding up five fingers. "They're all elites." The girls quickly pulled out their phones, eager to check out the newcomers. On the school website, they discovered that the new students comprised three boys and two girls. They were not looking poor but rich and classy.o
"Who were they?" Sapphire wondered, her curiosity piqued. "Class starts soon," Chloe muttered, her eyes fixed on her book. She was the bookworm of the gang. "That was fast," Lexi chimed in, her eyes still glued to her phone. "Check these guys out, aren't they too good-looking?" Tanya cooed, her voice dreamy. "No wonder you're not smart," Dani teased, as Tanya playfully scoffed. "Speaking of dumb, I'm better than Lexi," Tanya added with a grin. "Shut up," Lexi cursed, flipping Tanya off.
Sapphire rolled her eyes. "I'm outta here," she muttered, and with a flash, she disappeared. Marrie clicked her tongue and followed Sapphire's lead, disappearing in a flash. The rest of the gang did the same, each possessing the power of teleportation.

At another building, the administrative block, Thalia asked Kael, "What did you think of the school?" Her sea-blue eyes moved around the place. "Nothing," Kael muttered, staring at the pendant in his hand. "C'mon, bro, it's all good We are here now, and we can still find Lyric," Arlin said, trying to cheer him up. Eira just rolled her eyes before adding, "Bunch of trash." Dave, who had been quiet, muttered, "You don't have to be lousy, girl." Eira sneered but remained quiet.
"We just need to find her, and it all settles," Dave added with a mischievous grin, as a pang appeared in Kael's heart. "It'd be better if you never showed up, Lyric," Kael muttered inwardly before taking out his phone.

GENERAL DEPARTMENT {THIRD YEAR}
"Hello, people!" Lexi chanted, entering into the class. As usual, she had gotten some juicy juice from Marrie, who for some reasons wasn't yet back from the administration block. Unlike Tanya, who had successfully dragged Sapphire towards their girls' lounge, as she retouched and redid her makeup - she was a real fashion queen. As for Chloe, she was off to the staff department, wanting to call Miss Morganne. And lastly, Dani was off to the basketball court since there was an upcoming match; she definitely wouldn't come to class. As for others, it doesn't matter.
