As expected, with Tom's actions, thousands more hidden Star Beasts attempting to escape were sieved out by Tom and then killed one by one.
After a full year of busy work, as the last Star Beast was killed, and as the last larger remnant turned into an interstellar dust cloud in the light of a hydrogen bomb explosion, there were finally no more Star Beasts as far as the eye could see.
Whether there were any hidden Star Beasts deeper in space, Tom could not be sure, but he believed the probability was not high.
Given the 'character' of these Star Beasts, if there were, they should have arrived to assist in the initial stages of the battle.
They had no concept of fearing battle or clinging to life.
Even if there really were, since they could hide until now, they must be extremely far away from him, and they might not even be able to clearly see who he was.
