The more he looked, the more familiar Tang San's charred appearance seemed. His pupils widened in disbelief.
He asked Tang Hao: "This is Tang San!"
Clearly, he could hardly imagine. Just yesterday, he had treated them, yet now Tang San was almost crippled.
"Correct. They were attacked by some evil people. Little San tried to protect his teammates with all his strength, but could not win."
Tang Hao looked solemn but obviously didn't blame Tang San for provoking the trouble—he just needed to adjust the story since few knew about it.
"What? Those despicable villains! I'll see Xue Ye tomorrow and ask him to strengthen Tiandou City's security."
Ning Fengzhi was furious. This concerned his future path to godhood, yet Tang San ended up in such a state—he was pained.
"It's too late to talk now. Can you heal Little San, Sect Master Ning?"
Tang Hao sighed helplessly. He knew who the mastermind was but speaking would put his life in danger.
"Yes. Send Tang San back to the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Sect. I will have all the sect's healing Soul Masters treat him."
Ning Fengzhi's eyes showed determination. He paused healing the Bone Douluo for his godhood plan.
After all, as a Beast Martial Soul titled Douluo, even if recovery was delayed a few months, it was acceptable. Right now, Tang San's treatment was the priority.
