Opening the storage room, an even more intense smell of alcohol assailed Xavier, stinging his eyes.
"Help, my eyes!"
Xavier frantically rubbed his eyes, even needing Water element to rinse his eyes to avoid going blind.
"Huh, why are you here too? Weren't you at home? Why did you come to Mondstadt?"
Venti might have drunk too much, as he actually thought this was Mondstadt, not Xavier's home.
Xavier continuously tapped the baseball bat in his hand, then asked with a gloomy face, "What do you think?"
There was no hint of fear on Venti's face; instead, he giggled, "Xavier, you're so good! You knew I needed a snack with my drink, so you brought me such a big chicken leg!"
He actually mistook Xavier's baseball bat for a chicken leg; he really was something else.
"Bang!"
With a dull thud, Venti finally walked out of the utility room, and he had sobered up.
He rubbed the large bump on his head and wondered, "I clearly hid myself very well, so how was I discovered again...?"
So Venti was locked on the balcony by Xavier to sober up properly.
It was then that Xavier realized that the Damselette had also come over.
"Oh my, oh my, as soon as I arrived, I smelled a strong scent of alcohol. Are you all drinking and having fun here?" The Damselette slowly walked towards Xavier.

So Noelle was indeed kept by Xavier.
