Knocking the Crystal Serpent's head back with a well placed stone, I watched as Lu'Shaki lunged forwards and swung her hammer up yet again, catching the monster on the chin and cracking its head back completely.
A long, jagged crack formed on its neck, causing it to 'bleed' out purple mana that only made Lu'Shaki push herself harder to finish this now, because as we watched the amethystine serpent tried to slither away and buy itself some time to regenerate from that wound.
With no fear of retaliation on my end, I poured even more mana into this next stone, hardening it as much as I could and adding some extra layers to it to make it even more dense, allowing me to launch one hell of a projectile right at its head.
I missed the intended target, but I still managed to hit the body of the monster, halting it for just a moment and giving Lu'Shaki all the time she needed to throw herself forwards and slam that hammer down on its triangular head.
