Part of the reason that I wanted to do something this simple was due to how I could potentially map out how I could boost my stats in a reliable, constant way; they would be slowly boosted because that was how this worked, but if I could find a number that provided consistent increases then that would be very helpful long term.
The only issue was me being a somewhat out of shape woman in my past life, which translated over here practically one to one... so when I lowered myself to the ground and tried to do a pushup I immediately grimaced.
I was so pathetically weak, but everyone had to start somewhere right..?
Besides, I had barely had the money to keep myself alive with the paltry amount of food I consumed - mainly because I bought so many coffees and energy drinks to fuel my late night fun - so the fact that I could pull off five in a row was astounding to me.
