Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Testing the Power of crimson

Dalton landed in a barren canyon, his claws digging into stone. The silence was broken only by the wind and the faint hum of power in his chest.

"Alright," he muttered, flexing his wings. "Time to see what I can actually do."

The Power of a pure blood Dragon

The Wing portion of his shadow under him came off the ground and struck forward shattering a side of the canyon

Next was not something he could test but he instinctively knew that he was a self observing existence a self contained world view that existed independently of the world.

And lastly he instinctively knew that he liked all other pure blood dragons from little garden could use parts of himself to create life

Then he decided to test the power of his New body the crimson dragon first Testing his ability to freely create, control and manipulate fire, flame, and heat at will. he inhaled Heat coiled in his chest and then He exhaled — and a torrent of crimson star fire roared forth, so hot it melted stone into glowing rivers of lava. The entire gorge shuddered under the assault.

After that he tested his ability to share his power by transferring some of his energy to the moss on the side of the canyon and after that the moss started growing wildly and soon the entire canyon except for the part he melted into lava was green covered in plant life.

Another thing he instinctively knew he could do was have a small influence on destiny

And the last ability he had to test was his ability to travel space and time the first part he did by flying forward only to disappear into the space in front of him with ripples of space happening at the spot he entered and the next second ripples in space appeared above the canyon and he flies out of the ripples in space and after that he test the time part and then he closes his eyes concentrating suddenly disappeared when he opens his eyes again he is in the river of time he swims down stream with his body like a snake meandering through a river seeing the actions he did earlier and when he gets when he wants to go he jumps into the time period when he gets in he is in the canyon before he started testing his powers so there is no shattered rock or lava and the moss is only there in small amounts he looks around to see himself in this time period but doesn't but doesn't see himself and he realizes that because of his nature as a self contained world view that he was independent of the world and that includes time so for him there is no past him or future him only the present him and that when he Saw himself in the river of time those were only temporal shadows

But that was only half of it.

The Yu-Gi-Oh cosmology

Closing his eyes, Dalton reached inward. At once, the canyon around him flickered into something vast and infinite. A sky of glowing cards stretched out before him, each one pulsing with the presence of a spirit.

Dragons. Magicians. Warriors. Machines. Angels. Demons. All waiting.

He reached toward one.

Light flared. The mighty Red-Eyes Black Dragon materialized, wings unfurling as it landed with a roar. Another thought, and the Dark Magician appeared beside it, staff glowing faintly.

The spirits dissolved back into him, their warmth lingering. But the cosmos inside him pulsed again, showing him more — not just spirits, but laws.

Fusion — unity and creation.

Ritual — sacrifice and transcendence.

Synchro — harmony and timing.

Xyz — order drawn from chaos.

Pendulum — balance of extremes.

Link — connections binding all.

They weren't just summoning mechanics. They were cosmic principles, waiting for him to wield them.

He also feels that he has the Genesis authority for the Yu-Gi-Oh worldview:duels, spirits, archetypes, and the endless evolution of monsters spells and traps.

He let out a low laugh.

"Strength of a pure-blooded dragon. And the entire Yu-Gi-Oh cosmology at my command."

His claws clenched, golden light flickering along his scales.
