And there in Mumbai, a documentary about someone was happening. And only one person was watching the documentary, and Priya was presenting it.
" As we know, we went under the name of blood and med camp in Nepal and acquired the blood sample of subject K. Or we know him as Krishna Mehera . And the test we did in his blood, showed that his cells are saturated with high energy UV rays, and constantly leaking a very low amount, not enough to harm, but enough to rejuvenate someone who is in contact with him. "
And then a dna was shown, and it pointed at a particular area .
" His DNA is modified, and like we expected his Metagene column has frequent activity which is absent in other humans, and those cells of his continuously absorb the radiation from the sun and nearby living organisms, which explains why he has a strong infinity with the natural environment and animals . His blood contains a small amount of electricity, and he is subconsciously using it to enhance his body, and including his uv absorption, his cells are like a living infinite solar battery. "
And then they showed his physical test result. And it showed his actual test, and it was nothing like what Krishna imagined. He was dazed at that time, so he didn't remember what he did that time.
" The subject's blood pressure and eyesight is incomparable, with a hawk-like vision with keen perception ." They put some iv on his body and hand. He broke our grip testing machine without even trying, then at the breathing test, we find that he breathes one and half times more oxygen than any other human, his lungs are one of a kind and when he blew his air back, the machine and curtain behind it flew away. Then the video showed him doing pushups. in a phase that'll make anyone sweat just by looking at it. He does exactly one thousand three hundred four pushups in one minute, almost twenty push ups per second, including the time when he just started to pick us up and kept getting faster. We did a running speed test.
" You might like to see this for yourself clearly."
And the video of him running on the treadmill was shown, it started slowly like the pushups, and genuinely started to increase.
" He melted the treadmill." And she looked at the lone listener of her documentary.
Then they brought him out to others . And gave him a ball to throw, which he, without looking at it, threw out of sight.
" We planned to major it by tab, we have a tracker installed in it." She stated. And the sole listener asked a question, in his old voice.
" Then why is it blank? "
" The tracker didn't read the distance." And then she showed the footage. And in the video he tossed the ball in the sky, he pulled his arm back, and air around them picked up, and when he threw it, it just vanished. And then came a boom. That ruffled the tent around like. A hurricane , and made the camera drop on the ground, cutting the field.
" The tracker just stopped working, the moment he threw the ball. We have no idea where it went. There wasn't a plane. "
" When we compared his vitals during the test to his normal one, we found a sudden spike in his vitals like an adrenaline rush without an adrenaline rush . And outside his vitals increased , and his stamina almost doubled, the direct sunlight was affecting his system and vitals, and we decided to check it again, and the result was far better. Twenty five percent increase in all the states. Locals believe that he is some sort of avatar or a weirdo, he has some animal friends and understanding or controlling animals isn't clear. And here in this footage we can see him climbing a mountain in less than ten seconds. His mental capacity is unchecked, but we expect it to be not too great, seeing how he didn't complete his primary studies , he only studied two classes and that's the only thing we know about him. Except his living conditions and arrangements, which you especially describe as out of bounds. If he is not home, he stays near the lake or the mountain, and the lake was formed years ago in an earthquake."
And she completed her presentation, and the projector closed and her figure could be seen in the light. She was wearing a doctor coat over her usual clothes holding a pen in one hand. And after starting the lights, she looked at the person in front of her.
" And as a footnote he looks a lot like you sir." She stated, and a very old looking man was shown wearing glasses with wrinkles, but he wasn't that old looking.
" Anything else? Except that little footnote ?" He asked, sounding a little old.
" She got infatuated with Priya. " A girly voice came from behind. And behind in the theater like college seats , the same camera woman was sitting in the back eating popcorn.
" Sakshi, this isn't time for jokes. And you should be in your class." She scolded her.
" But you can't deny that. Big brother kept looking at you the entire time, and I heard that you spent some time with him as well. " And priya was about to say something, but Rohit stopped her by raising his hand.
" Sakshi. " And told her daughter to continue. And she starts talking about how big brother kept looking at him when he entered the camp, and how he followed the plane which he thought she was in.
And he looked thoughtful.
" What do the locals say about him, you said?"
" We heard about a boy who spends most of his time with him, and knows him well. And he helped bring him to us and other stuff. "
" You are telling me you hired a kid? "
" We got our job done." She said not caring what he implies .
" Yeh two bars of chocolate was enough for him." Said Sakshi from behind . And they ignored her.
" Now what's next? " She asked her boss.
" We have samples of his blood, hidden in the stake. If you allow me to use your la- "
" Contact him, and tell him if he can come, use any method possible, I'm gonna run the tests here in the lab, delete the video and results, don't let it go in the wrong hands. " And he stands up, not caring how he suddenly cuts her off, and starts to walk away, when Priya stops her. And told him in a blunt manner, that his Dadi won't allow that. And he stops.
" She has him by his lease, he won't come, if she does not allow him, I have tried, it'll be hard." Said Priya.
" Then try harder." And he left. And she sighs.
" You know, sometimes I wonder why my brother and granny left us."
"Wow, I didn't see any reason." Said priya sarcastically.
" You wanna grab some pizza? It's on discount!"
" I'm your teacher! " She said looking frustrated, and left the lecture area, and so did Sakshi following her.
And Down stairs, Rohit was looking at the video they made, and he looked at his son jumping on the mountains with ease. And then he closed his phone, and looked at the mirror image of him in the phone, and he made eye contact with himself, and kept that for a while.
" I always wonder what you do in your spare time, when you are not trying to break every single law possible in the world of science." Said an old looking man with white hair and rimless glasses. And Rohit looked at him.
" Watch some of your lectures for my past failures and future attempts." He replied in a simple tone.
" I see, so I have another secret listener to me."
" You can say so." He replied. And stands up to leave.
" I like to talk more about your lectures in classes, but I have little work there."
" So did you think about my proposal on Meta-genes again? " And he stops in his tracks
" Come on Rohit, you know, that's the future. " He said with that look that said, I know about it.
" I think I'll have to keep that on hold, Dr Arya." And he leaves the labs corridor.
Dr. Arya leaves the corridor, and a janitor bumps on him, and hands him two pendrive, the size of a small chip. And so later he plugged that pendrive on his personal laptop , in his personal lab on the campus, and found the folder locked. He put it on an unlock software, which shows a timer of one and half hours. And while it was being unclocked, he decided to check the other pendrive. which was the same as the previous one with the logo of that college. It was a record of every single employee and student that has ever been on leave.
He searched, his first guest, Dr Priya, and found her away for a health issue, for four days, and no details about her whereabouts. Then he checked the students page, and searched for Rohit's daughter, Sakshi. And he finds her. She was on a trip to Nepal for seven days. And he searched her tweeter, and saw many new tweets about the mountains and other stuff. And it was pretty much a waste of time. Then he spotted that she had deleted a post yesterday. And that gets his attention, He copies the link of the post, and then opens an insert tap, and writes some codes on an open page, and then pastes the link on the page, and it shows a loading screen, and then an image pops up. And it was an image, and in a corner of that image, there was some short or med camp. He closed the tab, and then searched about med camps in the last four days in Nepal. And he found one similar to the post he saw, in some remote place. He looked for the images, but there weren't that many. And while he scowled down to find something worth. His old eyes roamed to a section, where he saw a rock in the sky. And it wasn't a small rock by the looks.
He placed that image to an AI base generator, and checked for any filters or anything, and he found nothing. The image was real, not a fake one. He opened that image on another page, and saw it calculating the size of that rock by calculating it with the shadow and the sun.And then he got the diameters. The stone was five feet in radius, and weighed over 150 pounds. And for that stone to be that high in the sky, it must need a Boulder thrower. And that's not possible.
And then he types unnatural things in that part. And he didn't find anything of much value, so he closed the tabs, and looked at the video that was being decoded. It showed another twenty seven minutes of decoding . He rubbed his eyes, and went to the bathroom to get fresh. And after doing it, he came back, and sat down. And waiting and him a little sleepy. He stretches his neck. And creates a DNA model of a human in a page, and starts to name the molecules of it. And then he draws another, and names it meta genes. He took out an old lecture by Rohit, and looked at the heading of that video.
" Meta genes."
He took out a blood sample, drew a little blood from his finger, and looked at it under an electron microscope. And saw his own DNA on the big screen.
"Evolution is the key to survival." Said Arya casualy.
He took out another sample of blood, and it had a small 'R' written on it. He placed it under the microscope, and saw the DNA structure of him, and didn't see much difference in them. He looked at his laptop again, which was almost done unlocking the video. He looked at it seriously , and when it was over, he played the video. And it showed Krishna's feet, and his doings and test results. Which he after seeing leaned back at his chair with a thump..
" It works! " And a little crazy smile came to his face, and grabbed the air in his hand. And tighten it.
" FINALLY ! It worked ." He yelled, on top of his lungs .
He went to a processing machine.
And looked at the glowing red liquid.
" My friend Rohit, you have done a favor to humanity. But done a horrible deed, by not giving it to humans. How can you hide such a specimen for us, for how long ? Why are you hiding it? It looks like we need to find out." And he placed the red liquid on the microscope, and checked it again.
He immediately went to his rat cage, and picked one little rat in his hand.
" Hey Jerry, I think you can lend me a hand to my little project.' And he placed the little creature on a glass container. And closed it.
And then he knelt down and looked at the poor rat, and gave him his favorite, cheese. Which he eats very quickly.
" Well let's see, if your survival instinct is stronger than your other family. Seeing how you are the last of them. "
" Let's begin the experiment ps-107, with specimen MG- 0126." And then the red gas filled the glass chamber, and he heard the yells of the rat, he was shaking and screaming. And when he stopped, he thought that it's another failed experiment. And he turns back, and sighs.
" Looks like you are nothing special after all." He said and stood up. His back facing the glass case. And when he took a step ahead, he heard a squeak. And he immediately turns. He looked at the container, and then saw the rat still standing there. Breathing heavily, his cheeks were rising up and down, and he saw that he had grown up a bit, and he could see his eyes had changed a bit. He went close to him, and looked at the little Jerry. And the little Jerry opened his eyes, and waged his tail a bit. And by his wag, the glass got broken. And seeing this, a grin came on his face. And he gave a smaller piece of cheese, and he started to eat it. And he once again sat on his chair.
"Are we ready?" He asked himself. And then he stands up. And acted straight.
