I should go explore; I haven't left my territory for a while.
Anyway, let's go hunt for some food.
2 hours later…
This is cool — there are two nations right below me.
What the heck? What is this monster, and why is it blocking me?
It's a Phoenix.
"You are trespassing on my territory, and you have destroyed it enough already with your aura storm."
This is part of my territory, and my aura storm is airborne. It's not destroying the ground below us; I'm purposely keeping it from affecting the nations beneath.
"Well, then we can only settle this through a little duel."
I guess so.
The battle lasted for two years…
This is ridiculous. I need to end this now.
Fine, I guess I need to use my fire breath.
VHHHRRRROOOOOMMMM!
And there go two nations.
Ehh, collateral damage. I needed to end the fight as soon as possible.
I still can't believe my normal fire breath is capable of destroying two nations, though I should be used to it by now.
But it just makes me wonder… How powerful are my other breaths, like the ice, void, poison, magma, and even lightning breath? And how powerful is the combination of all of them?
Ehhh, well, I'm hungry. Time to land and eat this damned Phoenix.
2 days later…
This Phoenix took a while to eat. It was about half my size.
[System notification – Host has gained new abilities:
Dragon of Eternal Flame – Host can now regenerate from an atom.
Solar Cataclysm Breath – Host has a new form of fire breath that is a condensed beam of a solar flare capable of vaporizing mountains, islands, and even nations.
Infernal Dominion – Host now has absolute dominion over fire beasts like Phoenixes, lava wyrms, flame spirits, and all other fire-aspected beasts.
Molten Scale Armor – Host's scales become molten plates that deflect weapons and incinerate anything that touches the host.]
All of these are cool abilities. Nice — looks like it was worth the two years that I fought this Phoenix.
