Chapter 130 - CH 130 : The Dawn of Peace

The Earth's morning was quiet.

For the first time in years, there was no fear in the air—no sound of destruction echoing in the distance, no desperate cries, no looming shadow of androids on the horizon.

High above the horizon, Rudra appeared, stepping out of the void of teleportation. His aura dimmed as he landed near Capsule Corporation, where Trunks was keeping his vigil.

Trunks' eyes widened as he saw Rudra materialize before him.

"So… it's done? Tell me!"

Rudra smiled, calm yet carrying the weight of the battle he had just endured.

"Yes. It's over. Earth is safe now."

For a moment, Trunks didn't move. His chest rose and fell, his breath shaky. Then his lips curved into a smile, one that quickly broke into tears of relief.

"Safe…? Earth… is safe?"

The words left his mouth as though he could barely believe them. His entire life had been forged in battle, raised in a world haunted by android terror. Never once had he imagined this day would come.

He turned toward the sunrise. The golden rays spilled across the city, bathing Capsule Corporation's dome in warmth. It wasn't the light of fire, nor the glow of destruction—it was simply the dawn.

Trunks whispered, voice trembling, "I never thought… I'd live to see a sunrise like this."

The two warriors entered the Capsule Corporation lab where Bulma had been working tirelessly, surrounded by half-assembled machines and glowing monitors.

She turned at the sound of footsteps, her eyes narrowing in concern.

"Trunks? Rudra? What happened out there?"

Trunks walked forward, his lips trembling with the words he had longed to say for years.

"Mom… it's over. Android 17 and 18… they're gone. Forever."

Bulma froze. Her tools slipped from her hand and clattered against the table. For a second, her sharp, genius mind refused to process the words. Then her gaze flicked to Rudra, searching for confirmation.

Rudra gave a gentle nod. "He's telling the truth. The android threat is finished. You don't have to live in fear anymore."

Bulma's eyes brimmed with tears. She covered her mouth with her hand, a sound of relief escaping her throat. "Gone…? After all these years…"

She stumbled forward and wrapped her arms tightly around Trunks. For the first time since his childhood, her embrace wasn't out of fear of losing him, but pure, overwhelming gratitude that he had survived to see this day.

"Trunks… my son… you did it. You and Rudra—you saved our world."

Trunks hugged her back, his voice breaking. "I only made it this far because of him. Rudra gave us this chance… this future."

Bulma turned to Rudra, her tears falling freely now. "I don't even know how to thank you. You've given us something I thought we'd lost forever… hope."

The three of them moved to the balcony, watching the rising sun together. The city below was quiet, unaware yet of the battle that had just decided their fate.

Trunks leaned against the railing, his fists trembling. His mind drifted through the years of carnage—the countless friends lost, the endless battles fought just to survive. Every dawn before this had been accompanied by the fear of when the androids would strike again. But now… silence. Peace.

He spoke softly, his eyes never leaving the sky.

"All my life, I only knew fighting. Every day was about surviving until tomorrow, never about living for today. But now… for the first time, I feel like Earth can finally breathe."

Bulma placed her hand on his shoulder. Her voice was steady, but the tears in her eyes betrayed the storm of emotions she carried.

"You've carried so much, Trunks. You never got to be a child. You grew up under fire, watching humanity crumble around you. But today… you've given this planet its future back. And that's because of both of you."

Rudra stood silently, his sword now resting at his side, its glow completely faded. He allowed them this moment, though his presence radiated a quiet reassurance. His heart, too, carried weight—not only of the victory but of the countless sacrifices that had led to this day.

Bulma looked at him directly, her voice trembling but determined.

"You didn't just defeat the androids, Rudra. You ended a nightmare. You've given mothers the chance to raise their children without fear. You've given us back the world we lost."

Rudra met her gaze and spoke simply, " Ohh ... Thanks!"

As the sun rose higher, painting the sky with warm hues, Trunks took a deep breath. His aura flared faintly, then settled, as though his body itself acknowledged the peace it had never known.

Rudra thought to himself. "Cell… without 17 and 18, he'll never become the Perfect Cell. And i think, Trunks will take care of him if he ever shows his face.In This Timeline, Earth won't fall."

Bulma exhaled deeply, the tension she had carried for so long finally breaking. She turned her gaze to the horizon, her voice soft but resolute.

"For the first time in decades… I can imagine tomorrow. A tomorrow without war, without fear."

Trunks placed his hand on Rudra's shoulder. "You've changed everything. This sunrise—it's not just the beginning of a new day. It's the beginning of a new era."

Rudra allowed himself a faint smile. He, too, looked toward the light breaking over Earth.

"Yes. A new era of peace."

For a long while, none of them spoke. They simply stood together, the silence carrying more weight than words. The war was over.

At last, the Earth could dream again.
