Chapter 54: The Unexpected Realization
Leo's eyes locked onto Mira's, and for a moment, he forgot about the danger they were in.All he could think about was the woman sitting beside him, her eyes wide with fear, her face pale with shock.
As he stared at her, Leo felt a pang in his chest. He couldn't deny it anymore. He was falling for Mira. The realization hit him like a ton of bricks, and for a moment, he was speechless.
Mira, oblivious to Leo's inner turmoil, looked up at him with tears in her eyes. "What's going to happen now, Leo?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Leo's instincts kicked in, . "its boss not Leo you can't call me Leo understand,".
Mira just nodded

As they drove through the streets, Leo's mind wandered back to his feelings for Mira. He had always thought of her as a captive, a key to venom but now...now he wasn't so sure
The car pulled up to the safe House.
Leo looked at Mira, his eyes locking onto hers. "We're safe for now," he said, his voice soft.
Mira nodded, her eyes still wide with fear. "What do we do now?"
Leo smiled, his heart still racing with the realization of his feelings. "We wait," he said. "And we plan our next move."
As they stepped out of the car, miras hand instinctively went to leo's, holding it tightly. And for a moment, they just stood there, holding hands, looking into each other's eyes....
And they kissed....
