Marine Headquarters loomed like a fortress of white stone and red tape, the giant "MARINES" banner flapping lazily in the breeze. Inside Sengoku's office, the Fleet Admiral sat at his massive desk—papers piled high, a little sheep munching contentedly on a stack of reports he'd just fed it. Garp lounged in a chair across from him, munching crackers like they were going out of style, crumbs sprinkling his beard.
Sengoku sighed—rubbing his temples.
"Another day, another pirate mess. At least the sheep eats the boring ones."
Garp laughed—crumbs flying.
"Bwahaha! That's why I bring 'em! Saves on shredders!"
The Den Den Mushi on the desk suddenly rang—*puru puru puru*—its eyes blinking frantically.
Sengoku picked it up, frowning.
"Sengoku here."
A voice crackled through—weak, pained, barely coherent.
"F-Fleet Admiral… it's T-Bone… Rear Admiral T-Bone…"
Sengoku leaned forward—brow furrowing.
"T-Bone? You sound half-dead. What happened? Celestial Dragons hurt you out of whim again? Those bastards and their 'entertainment'—"
T-Bone coughed—wet, gurgling.
"N-No… it was pirates… a crew… captain's Monkey D. Luffy…"
Sengoku blinked—leaning back.
"Monkey D. Luffy? Never heard of him. Some no-name rookie take you down? This a joke?"
T-Bone wheezed.
"No joke… he's got… the East Blue swordsman… Roronoa Zoro… in his crew… wiped us out…"
Sengoku's face tightened—chair creaking as he sat up straighter.
"Zoro? The infamous Pirate Hunter? Turned pirate now? That's bad, but not end-of-the-world bad. What else?"
T-Bone's voice dropped lower—almost a whisper.
"Hina… Rear Admiral Hina… captured… by them…"
Sengoku froze—face draining of color.
"Hina? Captured? Alive?"
"Y-Yes… but the Dragons…"
Sengoku's voice sharpened—knuckles white on the receiver.
"What about the Celestial Dragons? Are they safe?"
T-Bone paused—then dropped the bomb.
"They're… dead. All four. Pirates killed 'em… took the corpses… Marines on guard… all wasted…"
Sengoku went still—eyes wide, face blank.
Then he started laughing—low at first, then louder, weird and manic, like a man whose brain had just short-circuited.
"Ha… haha… HAHAHAHA!"
He slammed the Den Den Mushi down—cutting the call—then hurled it across the room. It shattered against the wall in a spray of shell fragments.
"WHAT THE FUCK?! FOUR CELESTIAL DRAGONS DEAD?! A ROOKIE DID THIS?! IS THIS THE END OF THE GODDAMN WORLD?!"
He jumped up—chair toppling—pacing like a caged tiger, cursing under his breath.
"Shit! Fuck! Bastards! How—why—WHAT?!"
Garp—still munching crackers—raised an eyebrow.
"Bwahaha! What's got you acting like a maniac, Sengoku? Bad news?"
Sengoku whirled—grabbed Garp by the collar—face inches from his.
"Bad news?! A rookie pirate—Monkey D. Luffy—just killed FOUR Celestial Dragons! Wiped out the guards! Took Hina captive! And T-Bone's half-dead! This is apocalypse-level shit! We need Tsuru—now! Get her on the line!"
Garp blinked—cracker halfway to his mouth.
"Luffy, huh? Sounds familiar…"
Sengoku shook him harder—eyes wild.
"Familiar? It's the same family name as yours, you old goat! Monkey D.! What's your relationship with this kid? Grandson? Nephew? Some bastard you forgot about?!"
Garp laughed—crumbs spraying Sengoku's face.
"Bwahaha! Calm down, Sengoku. Let's call Tsuru first. Then we'll figure out if he's family."
Sengoku released him—pacing again, muttering curses.
"The world's gone mad… four Dragons dead… a rookie… Monkey D…"
The office door burst open—Tsuru striding in, already sensing the chaos.
"What's the emergency?"
Sengoku spun—face ashen.
"Tsuru… we've got a crisis. A big one."
The Marine headquarters buzzed with panic.
And in the East Blue, a red ship with a drumstick figurehead sailed on—oblivious to the storm they'd just unleashed.
---
Sengoku released Garp's collar with a shove, his face twisted into a mask of barely contained rage as he paced the office like a caged beast, papers scattering under his boots. "You think this is funny, Garp? Four Celestial Dragons slaughtered like pigs, their bodies stolen—*stolen*—by your damn grandson! The Five Elders will have our heads on pikes for this!"
Garp plopped back into his chair, still munching crackers with that infuriating grin, crumbs tumbling into his beard. "Bwahaha! So the brat's finally making waves, eh? Monkey D. Luffy—my grandson, alright. Raised him to be free as the sea. Looks like he took it a bit far, though."
Tsuru—ever the calm anchor—leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed, her wrinkled face impassive as she lit a cigarette. "Garp, you old fool. You never mentioned a grandson. And now he's killed Nobles? This isn't some bar brawl—this is apocalypse-level shit. Mariejois will demand blood."
Sengoku slammed his fist on the desk, cracking the wood. "Blood? They'll demand the whole damn ocean! We need a plan—now! Annihilation of that island is inevitable; a Buster Call's the only way to erase every trace before word spreads. No survivors, no witnesses, nothing left but ash and waves. That's how we contain it."
Garp's laughter died, his eyes sharpening for once. "And T-Bone? The boy's injured, but if the Elders find out he failed to protect those bubble-headed bastards, they'll execute him just to save face. We report him dead in the attack—pull him out quietly, stash him somewhere until the heat dies."
Tsuru nodded slowly, exhaling smoke. "Smart. Fake his death, forge the reports. As for Hina… if she's captive, we use it as leverage—say the pirates took her hostage during the massacre. Gives us an excuse to hunt them without admitting failure."
Sengoku stopped pacing, rubbing his chin. "It might work. But Mariejois… we can't delay. I'll call the Five Elders myself. Pray they don't order a global purge."
He grabbed a secure Den Den Mushi from the drawer—its eyes glowing gold—and dialed the encrypted line to the holy land.
The snail purred once, then connected.
A voice answered—cold, ancient, one of the Five Elders, Saint Shepherd Ju Peter.
"Report."
Sengoku swallowed hard, voice steady despite the sweat on his brow. "Elders… catastrophic incident on Lush Farm Island. Four Celestial Dragons—Saints Charlos, Shalria, Mjosgard, and Roswald—confirmed dead. Killed by a rookie pirate crew led by Monkey D. Luffy. Rear Admiral T-Bone died in the fight; Hina captured. All guard Marines eliminated. The pirates took the bodies—purpose unknown."
Silence on the line—long, deadly.
The Five Elders' chamber atop Mariejois was usually a place of cold, measured silence—five old men in white robes sitting in a pentagon, voices low, decisions final. Today it was a furnace of barely restrained fury.
Saint Shepherd Ju Peter—tallest, voice like grinding gravel—slammed his fist on the obsidian table so hard the surface cracked. The sound echoed like a gunshot.
"FOUR DEAD. FOUR. Charlos, Shalria, Mjosgard, Roswald—slaughtered like common swine and their corpses *taken* as trophies. By a *rookie* from the East Blue. A child with a straw hat!"
Saint Marcus Mars—short, bald, eyes burning behind thick spectacles—leaned forward, knuckles white on his cane.
"This is not just an insult. This is blasphemy. The sacred bloodline—our bloodline—spilled on dirt by a nobody. If word spreads, every pirate from here to the New World will think we're killable. We cannot allow even the *rumor* to exist."
Saint Topman Warcury—broad-shouldered, white beard braided with gold—spoke next, voice low but trembling with rage.
"Sengoku's report is incomplete. He claims the boy has a swordsman—Roronoa Zoro—in his crew. And a captured Rear Admiral. Hina. But the bodies… gone. No heads, no proof. They could be paraded in the underworld tomorrow. We will be mocked. Laughed at. Our authority will crumble."
Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro—long white hair, blindfolded eyes—remained eerily calm, but his fingers drummed a slow, lethal rhythm on the arm of his chair.
"A Buster Call is already ordered. The island will be erased—every man, woman, child, animal, tree. No trace. But that is not enough. This Monkey D. Luffy… the name is too familiar. Monkey D. Dragon's spawn? Garp's blood? The same cursed lineage that birthed the Revolutionary and the Hero. We should have drowned that bloodline when it was still in the cradle."
Saint Shepherd Ju Peter snarled.
"Garp will answer for this. Personally. If his grandson is the culprit, he will be the one to hunt him down—or we will execute him for treason. No more leniency for that old fool."
Warcury leaned back, steepling his fingers.
"Raise the bounty. 300 million—no, 500 million. Dead or Alive. Label him 'extremely dangerous.' Send CP0. Send the Admirals if necessary. We want his head on a pike before the month ends. And if any other pirate crew so much as whispers his name in admiration… wipe them out. Make an example."
Nusjuro's drumming stopped.
"And the corpses. If they surface—if anyone dares display even a finger—we burn the entire sea. No mercy. No exceptions. The world must remember: the Celestial Dragons are divine. To touch us is to die. To kill us is to erase everything you love."
Ju Peter stood—robe swirling.
"Inform the Admirals. Activate every asset. This Luffy will be hunted to the ends of the earth. And when we find him… we will make his death last years."
The chamber fell silent again—except for the soft crackle of the cracked table.
Outside, the holy land slept.
Inside, five old men had just declared total war on a boy with a straw hat and a grin.
And the Grand Line—already trembling—was about to feel the weight of their wrath.
