Siren

**LORE**

Sirens were the goddesses favorite they were often used to capture wild beasts. But sirens were fed up with being used as a war hammer and they decided to fight back. The sirens had a war with the goddesses but fortunately the sirens lost and were never seen again to the naked eye

Siren – The Tide's Enchantress

From the depths where light fears to tread, the Siren rises — a creature of elegance and dread, shaped by the sea and sorrow. To behold her is to be caught between awe and peril.

Her upper body resembles that of a beautiful woman, with skin that shimmers like moonlight on water — pale, iridescent, and smooth as polished pearl. Her eyes are large and liquid, shifting in color like stormy tides, holding a gaze that pierces straight into the soul. Long, flowing hair cascades down her back in strands of seaweed green, coral red, or inky black, always glistening as though freshly risen from the ocean's grasp.

Her lower half reveals her true nature — instead of legs, she bears the sleek, powerful tail of a deep-sea predator. Covered in dark, shimmering scales that flicker with bioluminescent patterns, the tail coils and snaps with grace and lethal precision. Along her spine and forearms are delicate fins, translucent and glowing faintly in the dark like jellyfish veils. Webbing between her fingers gives her unmatched dexterity underwater.

Despite her beauty, there's an eerie wrongness to her. When angered or hungry, her face subtly shifts — eyes narrowing like a shark's, mouth widening to reveal rows of needle-like teeth, her song turning to a bone-chilling wail that drowns out all reason.

The Siren is not simply a temptress — she is the ocean's wrath, its beauty, and its mystery incarnate.

Abilities of the Siren – Tide's Enchantress

Luring Song

The Siren sings a haunting melody that tugs at the deepest desires of her victims. Creatures who hear it must resist its magical pull or be drawn helplessly toward her, even into treacherous waters or deadly traps. While charmed, they see the Siren as someone they love or long for.

Effect: Causes a charm or mind control effect. Victims may even fight allies to protect her.

Voice of the Drowned

The Siren can unleash a shriek made from the voices of those she's claimed beneath the sea. It echoes with pain, regret, and fear, overwhelming listeners.

Effect: Inflicts psychic damage and may stun or frighten enemies within range. Aquatic creatures are immune or even empowered by it.

Tidal Grasp

With a gesture or note of song, the Siren can manipulate water into tendrils that reach out and bind enemies.

Effect: Restrains or pulls targets toward her (even off ships or ledges), dragging them underwater if near a body of water.

Glamour of the Deep

The Siren can mask her monstrous features and appear fully human (or any chosen humanoid form) to deceive travelers, nobles, or adventurers.

Effect: Illusion magic cloaks her in beauty, charm, and familiarity. Even magical detection may fail without strong will or divine magic.

Drown in Dreams

The Siren can enter the mind of a sleeping or weakened creature and invade their dreams. There, she can manipulate emotions, implant commands, or drain their will.

Effect: Causes exhaustion, confusion, or even emotional corruption over time. Victims may become obsessed or forget their true goals.

Queen of the Abyss (Ultimate Ability)

When threatened or enraged, the Siren reveals her full, ancient power. The sea responds to her fury — waters churn violently, winds howl, and sea creatures rise at her command.

Effect: Summons a violent storm, monstrous sea life (like deep eels, drowned spirits, or coral beasts), and boosts her own physical and magical strength. Her song during this time becomes irresistible and overwhelming.

Ocean's Embrace

The Siren heals when submerged in water, and her powers become stronger near the sea. While in her element, she moves with supernatural speed, and her voice echoes unnaturally far.

Passive Effect: Regeneration, enhanced spell power, and mobility in aquatic environments.
