Chapter 201 - Chapter 201: The God Hand Invades

Chapter 201: The God Hand Invades

Obsidian's fingers trembled. They had already left the space of the [Perpetual Spell: Position Change]. He wanted to move in front of Critical Point, but his muscles were spasming, trembling so hard he couldn't even move.

Was this some kind of movement-restricting ability?

No, this was his own fear. His biological instincts were stopping him...

He watched helplessly as that terrifying punch triggered an air-quake hundreds of miles wide. The sails and flags of the entire fleet, along with those few Reincarnators, vanished in the terrible vibration.

It was even more exaggerated than Whitebeard's performance at the Summit War. The range was absurd, and the power of the quake was restricted to the sky. Below, aside from the wind and waves, the fleet hadn't been destroyed.

Is this the power of the Black King's Assembly... the "Kings Who Lost Their Worlds"...

"Run... hurry..."

Critical Point's face was pale, his hair soaked in sweat. Through his Stand's senses, he had clearly seen that [The Glazier], another famous Reincarnator, had been shattered by that blow, his flesh and blood scattered across the sea.

That guy was a 2nd-Ladder defense specialist known as the "Immovable King," even tougher than Obsidian. To be killed by a casual blow from over a dozen nautical miles away.

In that moment, he realized the rumors about the [Black King's Assembly] weren't just rumors. They were terrifyingly real, and the rumors didn't even do their power justice.

That man, wreathed in black Conqueror's Haki, stood in the air as if it were solid ground.

Then, Critical Point watched as the Black King reached out his hand toward the fleet, and all several dozen ships rose from the sea.

"Tesoro, go back to the New World."

Tesoro, in his red suit, now entirely golden, was stunned. He stared at the one-armed man, unable to match him to any known figure.

That last attack was clearly the [Tremor-Tremor Fruit] ability. This, lifting dozens of ships, was it the [Float-Float Fruit] of the legendary Gold Lion? Or a gravity fruit?

Next, in the Gold Emperor's disbelieving eyes, the man in the air thrust his palm at their fleet.

A giant, transparent handprint appeared in the air.

Bang!

The air was compressed into a membrane, enveloping his massive ship. A terrifying force then sent the entire ship flying high into the sky, shooting off toward the New World.

The Gold Emperor was pinned to his ship by the speed and pressure, his face a mask of horror.

"This is... Kuma the Tyrant's [Paw-Paw Fruit] ability?!"

This guy really had multiple Devil Fruit abilities, and Conqueror's Haki... Who is he!

Did a person like this even exist in this world?

Tesoro thought of the underworld legends of Rocks, but quickly shook his head. Even Rocks was just someone stronger than the current Emperors. He couldn't have had this kind of terrifying power.

Before the horrified eyes of Critical Point's team, the one-armed king pointed at their location. A golden, spiral light enveloped them.

In an instant, they felt everything stop.

No... their time was being slowed...

Even Critical Point's blinking was slow. In his vision, everything else moved in flashes. The Black King took one step and vanished into that black, mist-filled, distorted world.

Inside the Spectral Realm, the black mist on "Kaito Shirogane's" body was almost gone. The sky of this special space was different from the outside world; it was dim and glowed with a crimson light.

In the center of the sky was a giant hole, like a black sun. Massive Spectral Demons were crawling through it.

The entire Skuld Island sea area, and the warships of Garp, Doberman, and Spandam, were now all inside this Spectral Realm, slowly approaching the shore. Garp himself was dragging two massive monsters.

Doberman and the others breathed a sigh of relief.

"Vice Admiral Garp, what in the world is..."

Garp didn't know what was happening either, but he was perfectly calm.

"Don't think about useless things. Confirm the status of all personnel. Once everyone is accounted for, we're heading back."

Hearing this, Spandam instinctively retorted, "What about El Dorado? We were ordered to seize El Dorado..."

"To hell with El Dorado. If those guys want it, they can come get it themselves."

Garp turned his back, paying no mind to Spandam or the World Government. He had only come here to save people.

But unfortunately, there seemed to be no other living humans on the island. Vice Admiral Vergo and Vice Admiral Dalmatian were likely already dead.

Garp's expression was grim. He stood on the shore, when suddenly, a giant head fell from the sky. Its face looked like it was wearing sunglasses, and long, fleshy tentacles hung from its bottom.

This bizarre existence drifted down, laughing. Many of the terrified Marines opened fire, but the bullets passed right through the phantom-like form. Garp's Observation Haki, however, clearly sensed its real presence.

"Mmm~"

A female voice. A giant female form appeared from the hole in the sky. Her hair was like white tentacles, or writhing white snakes. Her face was beautiful, her body nude. Just seeing her, the lower bodies of the Marines began to swell.

Orkins's face was beet-red, the veins on his forehead bulging as he fought the desire. Suddenly, Cindy screamed in terror.

The giant head had drifted next to the ship and was staring at her.

Cindy's face was white with fear. The scream snapped Orkins out of the temptation exuded by the [God Hand: Slan, the Whore Princess of the Uterine Sea]. He roared and threw a punch at the balloon-like [God Hand: Ubik].

Bang!

Orkins's punch was heavy, but Ubik was unaffected by the force, just drifting away on impact, still laughing.

Doberman's face was ashen. He looked at the shameful state of his men and drew his saber.

Pff!

A sword-light flashed, and a line of Marines cried out as his blade cut them—a painful, but non-lethal, warning.

"Marines, retreat!"

Gion, his body covered in Armament Haki, gave the order from the other side. He knew they had to leave.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The warships began firing, killing the closest Spectral Demons, but the noise only attracted more. They came in a howling wave.

Garp stopped waiting. He jumped up and punched the water beneath the two warships.

Whump!

The air exploded, and one warship was thrown into the air by the force. He punched again, but this time, Ubik drifted in front of him.

He manipulated illusory space, unfolding it layer by layer. Garp's punch went straight through, exploding over ten kilometers away.

Garp's attack had been redirected.

Garp used Moonwalk, instantly appearing in front of Ubik. Haki-wreathed lightning pierced Ubik's body.

Bang!

Garp's fist connected, and Ubik was sent flying. But Garp frowned. The feeling of the impact was wrong.

He blinked, and in the next instant, he was no longer on the island. The warships were gone. Only Ubik's strange laughter echoed.

At that moment, from the giant hole in the sky, another massive figure, with its large, exposed brain, appeared.

[God Hand: Void, the Archangel] had also descended.

Countless Spectral Demons swarmed Doberman's ship. To Cindy's despair, Uncle Orkins, who had missed his punch, was falling overboard. Below, countless monsters opened their mouths.

THUMP-THUMP!

A giant heartbeat shook the world.

The three God Hand members all turned their gaze to a corner.

There, the tattered figure's [God Hand] aura was gone...

...and black lightning... once again... appeared on his left arm.
