They were rounding up inside while Manager Gu waited outside for them.
He stood by the corridor, pacing around while feeling uneasy. He had a facemask on and his face was burning up. He felt uneasy. Manager Gu ran a hand through his forehead; it was hot. He was having a hard time breathing.
Immediately, he got the pills out of his pocket to take them. He needed to calm himself down, at least till he got home. It couldn't happen here.
But before he could take the pills, he heard noises. A group of men were approaching from the side. He paused as he looked to the side. They were coming his way and he could perceive their pheromones. It was a strong one. They were alphas.
He shook his head. "Not now..." he muttered to himself as he turned and made his way off. Manager Gu soon disappeared into the washroom close by and pushed the door closed.
