It was a hot afternoon, the classroom was busy and noisy , everyone was doing their own thing..
rumbled folded papers flying in the air, students gathered around playing never have I ever,
I was playing and gisting around with my girls. Olive and peng ,I remember vividly how we kept arguing about who was the best singer amongst us when a student ran in loudly announcing the arrival of a teacher.
All the students went back to their seats suddenly the class was quiet like a graveyard,
MR Relnold walked in shortly after two people in uniform followed suit,new students.
I saw him but nothing out of the ordinary a girl was with him they introduced themselves turns out they were twins… My name is Alex he said , I'm Clair she followed.
they went to their sits and class started I could tell how everyone were interested in them even Olive and Peng were tryin to get his attention not even his sister ,
I actually found it amusing, go talk to him if you guys are so interested in him I said..
who are you talking to Peng asked. You guys of course you've been staring at him since so go say hi ,,
you must be mad Olive rushed in so I can't look around again she continued.. oh looking around of course you can I mocked.
I brought out a book I normally use to draw out of boredom and please I'm not a professional I just try to get the lines and curves right and it's been working,
a boy out of nowhere looked at my drawing and shouted " Rose is drawing again" for no reason I turned to his direction and caught him staring at me it was the new boy I noticed he was sketching something out too ,
he quickly looked away I found my self blushing a little " I want him" I said to myself I didn't know why but I was attracted to him and I knew he was to me too.
Next day in school and rumor has it that a girl from junior class was dating Alex ,
That was fast Peng said as we walked to the canteen, well I mean I'm not surprised that's actually a good use of free will I responded you guys remembered a guy stalked my socials ,use my pictures as wallpaper and went on telling people we were dating right ? Also a guy that paid Israel to get my number..
It's just the pretty privilege new comer's effect it will wear off soon ,no worries.
But he is fine , Olive finally acknowledged.. I mean look at him and his twin ,I know the boys are scheming to get her
His truely fine Peng added, both staring back at me expecting a response.. well I have nothing to say to you guys his just there for me,now can we go get something to eat ?
Last class before school ends, a teacher walked in for uniform check.. every student rushed and arranged there uniforms to not get punished
After lots of checking and correction, Mr Ali finally said " there's a new boy in class and I can obviously see the girls doing things to get his attention" then he turned to Alex " young man be on guard"
The class burst out laughing as Mr Ali walks out I peek to his direction, he was sitting .. reading a book while his twin brushed his hair.
Oh that was one cute thing about them she's always brushing his hair or arranging his collar, just random things that shows she cares for him ..
