Chapter 359: Direct Assault on the Hidden Leaf Village
Staring at the heap of scrap metal in front of him, Naruto clearly realized just how powerful Skynet Naruto truly was.
"The Minato and Kushina you saw were the latest clone models I just developed. They're the only assistance I can offer you."
"Orochimaru-sama."
Minato and Kushina suddenly appeared at the warehouse entrance.
"Is something wrong, Minato? And you too, Kushina?"
Orochimaru turned around to look at Minato and Kushina as they stepped into the warehouse.
Suddenly, they launched a surprise attack. Both of them drove their fists into the stomachs of Naruto and Transformed Sasuke.
"What are you doing?! Minato! Kushina!"
Orochimaru shouted at them in shock.
"Orochimaru, I admired your intelligence and spared your wretched, sinful life. But now you dare help others oppose me? The gods will deliver their wrath upon you!"
Minato and Kushina turned to face Orochimaru and spoke in unison.
"It doesn't look like Orochimaru's acting. Minato and Kushina really are under Skynet Naruto's control. Killing your parents isn't a problem, is it, Naruto?"
Transformed Sasuke asked while getting up from the ground, glancing at Naruto who was also climbing to his feet.
"They're not my parents."
Naruto nodded, activating Sage Fox Mode.
"Based on combat data analysis, I've concluded that just these two clones alone aren't nearly enough to defeat you. Therefore…"
As Clone Minato's words fell, the dismembered heads and limbs scattered around the warehouse suddenly reassembled. Then they marched out and stood across from Naruto and Transformed Sasuke.
Among them were many of the most renowned figures in the ninja world.
At the front of the group stood none other than Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha, the ones who first brought peace to the ninja world. There were at least thirty enemies, if not more.
"How about we retreat for now?" suggested the clown Sasuke from inside the lantern.
"This is the first time I agree with this guy's suggestion."
Transformed Sasuke nodded.
Fighting a few would've been fine, but taking on over thirty was simply beyond their ability.
More than thirty clone ninjas charged toward Naruto and Transformed Sasuke. After a fierce battle, the lantern containing clown Sasuke's head was knocked high into the air and rolled onto the grass.
"Hey! Watch it! I'm getting dizzy in here!"
In the end, Naruto and Transformed Sasuke were pinned down and subdued.
"Damn it!"
Transformed Sasuke struggled but was powerless to resist.
During the battle, Naruto and Transformed Sasuke had managed to unleash the powerful Armed Susanoo, which ultimately reduced the enemy count to only Hashirama and Madara.
"Skynet Naruto! Why are you doing this?!"
Naruto, restrained by Hashirama, questioned loudly.
"For absolute peace, of course. Every war in this world is caused by humans. Eliminate humanity, and war will vanish as well."
Hashirama replied on behalf of Skynet Naruto.
In Skynet Naruto's timeline, the Hidden Leaf had once harvested Skynet. When faced with the threat of the Ōtsutsuki clan from outer space, the village altered Skynet's programming to make it serve peace in the ninja world.
Eventually, war between the ninja world and the Ōtsutsuki clan broke out. In pursuit of victory, Naruto merged himself with Skynet, becoming Skynet Naruto. Though they ultimately repelled the Ōtsutsuki, Skynet gradually corrupted Naruto's mind. In the end, he wiped out all of humanity in the ninja world, ushering in true, eternal peace.
"Peace is a concept invented by humans. Once humans are gone, so too will the concept of peace disappear."
Suddenly, a space-time portal opened, and a voice echoed out as a figure stepped through.
Not just one, but multiple portals opened around the cloned Hashirama and Madara.
"It's the Infinite Sasuke Alliance!"
Transformed Sasuke cried out in surprise.
"Huh? What's this?"
Younger Brother Sasuke picked up the lantern containing clown Sasuke's head.
"It's me, you idiot! Hurry and give me to Naruto!"
Clown Sasuke shouted enthusiastically, but his brother casually tossed him aside.
Battle erupted in an instant. Faced with several Susanoo avatars summoned by the various Sasukes, Hashirama and Madara were quickly destroyed.
"What brings you all here?" Transformed Sasuke asked.
"Actually, once we noticed you two had disappeared, we held a quick meeting and decided to leave some of our forces behind to care for the elderly and children. Everyone else came to support you," said Hokage Sasuke. "Let's not waste any more time. Let's head straight for the final battle with Skynet Naruto! The longer we wait, the worse it'll be for us!"
Land of Fire.
Compared to other countries plagued by harsh climates, the Land of Fire had always enjoyed a pleasant, human-friendly environment. But now, the entire nation had been overtaken by plants, animals, and the robots assigned to care for them.
"Evil still hasn't been eradicated."
Skynet Naruto sat in the Hokage Tower of the Hidden Leaf Village, his head covered in data cables. "As expected, humans are the kind of creatures who'll start wars whenever they get the chance. I never should have spared them. Still... it's not too late."
In reality, all of the ninja world—including its underground—was under Skynet Naruto's constant surveillance.
A swarm of robots broke into the underground shelters, slaughtering all the old, weak, sick, and disabled Sasukes, as well as those still capable of fighting who had remained to protect them.
The impenetrable Hidden Leaf Village.
Countless scientific ninja tools hovered above the village, patrolling from the skies.
"We have to find a way to break in."
Hokage Sasuke said firmly.
"Can't we just use the Rinnegan's space portal?" Naruto asked.
"I doubt it. The entire Hidden Leaf is under Skynet Naruto's control. If we come out of a portal, we'll be ambushed immediately," Hokage Sasuke replied.
"Then we split into two teams—one creates a distraction while the other sneaks in and takes out Skynet Naruto."
An alarm rang through the Hidden Leaf.
"Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Scientific ninja tools in the sky were shot down, but swarms of orb-shaped tools soon filled the skies like locusts, blotting out the sun.
"Damn it, there's way too many of them!"
One Sasuke stared grimly at the now-darkened sky.
"Lightning Style: Kirin!"
A barrage of lightning tore through the scientific tools overhead, sending them crashing to the ground. Hokage Sasuke shouted over his shoulder, "Now's our chance!"
Carrying the lantern, Naruto and Transformed Sasuke charged into the village.
In the distance, the Infinite Sasuke Alliance clashed with the endless stream of scientific ninja tools in a chaotic war.
"Don't stop, Naruto! We have to end this now!"
As Naruto's wife, Transformed Sasuke knew his nature all too well.
