Ben also felt something else, Susanoo. Although he can only use it for a few minutes at most. And many techniques appeared in his mind. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu, Taijutsu, Chakra, and lastly the Uchiha bloodline. He can potentially awaken sharingan upto Mangekyou.
Although shisui awakened it, he lost his sharingan. So he needs to awaken Mangekyou by himself but for now he awakened a two tomow with the remaining energy from shisui. And his muscles adjusted themselves to accodomate those movements.
He may not be able to beat Itachi, but he can contend with another Uchiha below Mangekyou sharingan for sure. Shisui has that type of mastery afterall. Ben finally breathed a sigh of relief after getting his novice gift pack from the mission. He escaped in the last moment and got shisui's power except his Mangekyou sharingan.
