"So how did you two get here" I asked still trying to figure out this sudden turn of events.
Aisha sighed and mumbled "It's a long story".
"Yes," Liliana confirmed, nodding vigorously. "We followed a clue left behind by Georg Faust. It led us to that godforsaken village and then to this creepy mansion."
She shuddered slightly, remembering the terrifying encounter with the dark knight.
"And when we got inside, that metal monstrosity came out of nowhere and attacked us."
Aisha chimed in, her voice still filled with adrenaline.
"We fought it, but it was too strong. Then I noticed a symbol on the floor, and when I got closer..."
She trailed off, gesturing vaguely at our current location.
"Boom. We ended up here."
I processed their words slowly, my mind connecting the dots.
So they had been on a dangerous mission, one that had nearly cost them their lives.
And now, through some twist of fate or magic, they had landed in my bedroom.
