"I want to control Riven," Azerin said in a cold and flat tone, like it was a fact and not his desire. "I want him to submit to me completely. I want him to know that I'm the only one he should care about."
Soren froze. He'd known his alpha was ruthless and dangerous, but this… this was different. It wasn't just his vicious plan to kill someone, but it seemed as if it were an obsession.
"He's a brat," Azerin continued, his voice low, but measured. "A type of brat who's trying to run after messing up my life. Does he think he can leave easily?" He laughed humorlessly.
