A Claxton sounded out and Desker was taken aback. "This is an evacuation" he thought and then looked at the gaping hole.
"I have to look for him" he muttered.
"Oh, and how are you going to do that?". He heard a crisp voice asking him and he froze in fear. He turned around slowly and saw Rein looking at him at him in bemusement. "She is dangerous"
For all his cultivation, he had not noticed the young girl standing next to him and that scared him more.
Rein smiled at him and then turned to the hole and frowned. "He is still alive, don't worry."
"I placed something on on all of you that only activates in emergencies" she continued.
Desker gasped and took a step back from her.
"Oh come on, I don't bite. It is just a little bit of an application of divine sense"
"It's just a small trick. I did not activate before because I thought this place was safe" she explained to him.
Desker looked at the innocent looking girl and mustered his courage to ask, " but why do that"
She took a long look at the hole that was still expanding downwards and shrugged.
"Because he remembered me"
She turned around and walked away. Her only parting words were to him were a message." Tell him I will come to see him when he returns"
In a few steps, she had disappeared from Desker's sight as if swallowed by the very air around and no trace of her could be seen. This compounded Deskers fear but it also made him have a slight bit of hope.
Such people usually don't lie. He let out a breathe in relief and turned back to the city. He had some people there to pacify.
And on rein's side, she was in her room pondering over the situation.
"There is.something fishy going on in this city" she could feel a premonition that something big was going to happen moreover the people from vine city were almost about to arrive.
"Haaa" she let out and exasperated sigh and sat on her bed.
"That boy, he has someone protecting him and they are strong. Hmm I will just have to wait until he comes back."

And on Wesley's side, he did not know what had happened. He was immersed in his epiphany.
To him, time lost meaning. His body started to run the body technique and with the spiritual energy which was surprisingly abundant. His broke through the cultivation levels like it was nothing.
He broke through upto the organ refining stage and he would have continued if he had not made another breakthrough in his destruction technique.
He opened his eyes and laughed in happines. His embryonic technique had now reached full mastery. Even though he still felt like it needed some work but this was enough. He had created his own technique.
At this time, the destruction bead that had stopped rotating lit with patterns which started to rearrange themselves according to Wesley's new destruction technique to form a new technique that belonged to himself.
Wesley had used the earlier patterns to enter the rule of destruction but that technique did not belong to him. He only used them as a foundation and now he had created a better one that suited him.
When a new pattern was formed, the bead started rotating around his soul and the starry body automatically started to run.
Like a behemoth that had been starving, his body swallowed up all the energy surrounding him and the good thing about the place he was at was that it was full of destruction energy.
This was an opportunity for him. His body started to grow in size and the only thing he was worried about was the bubble but he got over it when the bubble grew with him.
And when he had reached the height of fifty meters, he a click in his body like something was broken through.
His blood started boiling and when he used his divine sense to check his body, he found green specks of light in his blood that were increasing in number. They gave a wave of vitilality that made him feel refreshed.
"Hmm, my bloodline has awakened" when his bloodline awakened, he realized that the starry body technique had pushed his body to again to the first warrior level.
"I don't know if this is good or not"
"But still that is some pressure off my back" he sighed but his body was still growing. And if you could look down from above, you could see that the destruction wave had been stopped from expanding and all the energy was now flowing back to a certain point in the big chasm.
But no one could see this, they only felt the tremors come to a stop.
Wesley swallowed all the energy that came towards him like a whale. He had inadvertently saved some warriors who had not yet evacuated into the city.
His body stopped growing when he reached 60 meters in height.
He had reached great accomplishment in his rule of destruction. He could feel the great strength in his body and he felt he could immersed himself in the rule.
"Haaa, vibrations. I can destroy anything with these vibrations" he pointed out a finger and ripples appeared in the void and when they touched the bubble, he heard a faint crack.
He hurriedly stopped his action and waved his hand to stop the ripple from continuing. Wesley almost broke into a sweat as he saw a faint Crack on the bubble that was slowly healing.
"Phew" he sighed out in relief. Even if his strength had increased and had reached the first warrior level, he knew he could still not survive under the huge pressure underground without the bubble.
He turned and looked down and saw Grog with the woman still unconscious. They were so small that he feared to make any movement. Wesley felt he could smash them like bugs.
This meant he could not control his strength like before.
"Time for more training" he muttered in exasperation. But before anything, he had something important to do first.
Wesley removed the seed that Tresse had given him and held it in his palm. He actually could not feel or see it due to its small size. Wesley could only see it using his divine sense.
"Time to solve this big problem. Good thing my bloodline awakened this time" he was lucky because due to his epiphany, his bloodline awakened ahead of time. If he was supposed to go the normal route, he would taken to almost a year before his bloodline awakened.
He used his divine sense and locked onto his bloodline in his body. The flecks of green light had now taken almost a third of blood and there was no conflict. He forced a glob of green blood through his finger and placed it on the seed.
The seed absorbed the blood and Wesley felt a connection with the seed. There was a feeling of hunger coming through to him from the seed.
"I know you are hungry, don't worry you will soon eat all you want"
He the seed downwards, it passed through the bubble and as soon as it passed through, Wesley felt excitement from the seed.
It started absorbing the aura around it and soon disappeared from his sight.
"Hmm grow up well"
"Tresse, bring me, I know you are watching. I can feel your small eyes on me"
Wesley heard a snort and he soon disappeared but the bubble and the rest of the inhabitants did not go with him.
