"That's not surprising."
Dirk Carter murmured.
Bradford Lewis seemed puzzled and asked, "What's not surprising?"
Dirk Carter pondered and said, "From my observation, Gilbert Dixon should have a physiological defect; his complexion shows it, and his quirky temper is likely the result of long-term low self-esteem and drug abuse."
"Physiological defect? What do you mean?"
Bradford Lewis asked.
Dirk Carter smiled slightly and said, "It's what we commonly refer to as impotence, and it's a very severe case."
"Ah? Secretary Dixon is impotent?"
Bradford Lewis exclaimed in surprise.
Then he suddenly realized his voice was too loud and quickly turned to look.
Dirk Carter said, "Don't go spreading this around, okay?"
