Mori Aoi held the phone that was playing the video of the song and dance.
She showed the others happily.
At first, the others were watching very seriously.
Then the boys began to look weird.
Eventually, they shifted far away and looked at the phone in horror.
Shae Harris and Mori Aoi didn't notice anything and just watched the video excitedly.
Eventually, it came to an end and they noticed the boys looking at them like they were kidnappers.
"Why are you guys so far away?" Mori Aoi asked, wanting to walk over.
But the boys shifted back.
"Get over here, we have a dance to perform." Shae Harris was more direct and waved them over.
The boys took an even bigger step back and wrapped their arms around their bodies.
"Who wants your unhealthy bodies." Shae Harris rolled her eyes at them.
Mori Aoi blushed.
The boys, on the other hand, became even more vigilant.
Their eyes were screaming rejection and their faces showed deep suspicion.
"I might sound like I'm shameless, but even I have basic taste." Shae Harris looked at them from head to toe.
"Plus, the youngest is still practically a child." She sneered.
Ming Jun: Damn, she's right.
Then he put down his hands and stepped forward.
Wei Zhi: I was disgusted for no reason, but I can't refute.
He sighed and also walked forward to stand beside Mori Aoi.
Noi Karn: I'm more mature than all of you combined.
"So who are you calling a child?"
Noi Karn rolled his eyes and walked forward.
Shae Harris gave them a smug look.
"So…" she restarted.
"No!" the boys refused immediately.
"But I didn't even…" Shae Harris protested.
"It doesn't matter what you wanted to say." Ming Jun snorted.
"The answer will always be the same." Wei Zhi glared at her.
"No." Noi Karn said.
"You guys are horrible!" Shae Harris ran in tears into the arms of Mori Aoi.
"You're the only one who loves me." Shae Harris rubbed her head on Mori Aoi's neck.
The boys rolled their eyes as far as possible.
"Why don't you guys want to do it?" Mori Aoi asked in a weak voice.
She really wasn't used to asking people the reason for their refusal and usually went along with it.
"Pride." They responded seriously.
"Who are you guys lying to? We all know that no one in this room has any pride." Shae Harris peeked her head out and scolded them.
"Speak for yourself with your own mouth." Ming Jun scolded back.
"Someone who has a dirty pillow of an underage girl in a tight uniform shouldn't speak of shame so confidently." Shae Harris fired back decisively.
Ming Jun was hit by her words and bent over clutching his chest.
Ming Jun: Can't refute and doesn't dare to.
"Someone who can scream louder than a girl just because of a scratch is not qualified to rebuke me." Shae Harris scolded Wei Zhi.
Wei Zhi shut his mouth and bent down to squat on the ground with his hands covering his head.
Wei Zhi: It was just that one accident with a tiny bit of glass.
And even the tiniest scratch hurt.
But he doesn't dare to refute.
"As for you…" Shae Harris turned to the youngest.
She wanted to say something but found that Noi Karn hadn't shown any weakness.
He was always calm and steady, especially compared to the rest of them.
Shae Harris suddenly had the illusion that they were trash students who kept tempting the top student to deviate.
"You are actually amazing… and so cute." Shae Harris praised him out of guilt as a delinquent student.
Then she reached out to pinch his cheeks.
Shae Harris felt a little melancholy that a blind younger boy had more fat than her.
But now that fat was in her hands.
The others never wasted an opportunity to harass the youngest.
So they converged on his face and started to pinch.
Noi Karn was dazed at the sudden turn in the situation.
You guys were obviously scolding each other, so why are you pinching my face again???
Noi Karn felt that he was the stupid one for believing in them, so he swept their hands away and moved back.
The rest: Aww, sad jpg.
They had aggrieved expressions and looked at Noi Karn with wet eyes.
Noi Karn ignored their sad looks and frowned at them.
The others: The youngest looks so fierce!
What to do, he's even cuter now??
They thought while looking at the vigilant boy.
Shae Harris coughed.
"So in conclusion, you guys have no pride." Shae Harris pointed at Ming Jun and Wei Zhi.
"The only person in this room with basic dignity is the youngest." She said.
"Speak for yourself." Yi Zheng said.
He had always been there but unlike these idiots, he came to watch a show.
So now he was seated behind them, quietly watching.
"Oh, right." Shae Harris said sheepishly.
Yi Zheng just snorted.
"So what is the true reason? And you better not lie again." Shae Harris threatened them with a fist.
"Embarrassing." Ming Jun and Wei Zhi only said one word.
Noi Karn snorted in agreement.
"Then I'll look for another dance." Mori Aoi said sincerely and began to check.
They huddled around again and watched different videos.
The first was rejected because of all the waist movement needed.
Another because they would have to do a cringe sign at the beginning.
Of course, they could have chosen to skip that part, but Shae Harris refused.
So the search continued.
It was a long one, but they eventually found a dance that met all the requirements.
That being that the boys had little to no movement.
They just had to stand at the back and move their hands in a certain way.
Not even all the time, but at specific beats.
Shae Harris complained in her head and rose up from the floor.
"So can we start now?" Shae Harris said.
"Wait, don't we need to practice?" Ming Jun said.
"Yeah, we can't just start." Wei Zhi said nervously.
"You pair of lazy dogs have no right to say this." Shae Harris spat and glared at them.
Ming Jun and Wei Zhi: It seems we can't refute again.
Both of them pouted.
"Let's just watch the video five times." Mori Aoi got in the middle and waved her arms in front of Shae Harris.
Ming Jun was touched: I knew I could always count on Sister Aoi.
Wei Zhi, who wiped a tear: Raising you has not been in vain.
Shae Harris agreed reluctantly, and the five just sat on the floor watching the video.
The dance was easy to do for both sides and only had little hand and feet coordination.
"Okay, let's do this." Shae Harris said after watching it the fifth time.
She took the phone and handed it over to Yi Zheng to record.
Yi Zheng stood with an expressionless face behind a phone stand that appeared beside the cat.
The cat stood five feet at his side and watched them intently.
The others arranged themselves according to the video.
"Are you guys ready? Because I'm already starting." Yi Zheng seemed to have been baptized in their nonsense and said this calmly.
At this point, he felt pretty calm and indifferent about whatever this group of idiots was happily doing.
The others paused and froze in place as the music started.
They felt so embarrassed and could only hide their faces in their hands.
"Hehe, I don't think I can really do it if you guys are so stiff." Shae Harris said.
She was actually looking forward to it, but these people's embarrassment was too infectious.
Plus, she did not have enough skin to start on her own knowing none of them would join in.
The cat seemed dissatisfied with the stalemate and tapped the ground.
Suddenly, each of them found that they were in a circular room with only a curtain around them.
The floor was wooden and the top only had a circular light shining from above.
They panicked but calmed down when they saw the cat beside them.
Each person had an identical cat in their own isolated circular room.
It was standing in front of a screen that floated in the air.
On the screen was the dance.
It was easy to understand, and they all thanked the cat politely.
At least now it felt like they were the only ones in this space, so they could move more freely.
They were not actually alone.
Yi Zheng saw them frozen in shock, then saying thank you to the cat.
Or more accurately, the five identical cats in front of them.
He sighed and shook his head, not bothering to care what was happening to them.
"I'll start in 3 seconds." He spoke.
The screen in their isolated space showed a 3 second countdown.
They were still a bit nervous, but they finally managed to move their bodies.
The screen also helped by showing the steps very clearly and slowly.
Soon it was over.
Yi Zheng pressed the stop button.
The isolated space also dissolved in their field of vision.
Shae Harris approached excitedly, unlike the others who were very scared.
Yi Zheng looked at them very seriously.
His face was stiff and his mouth was in a stiff line.
They felt a bad premonition.
"So… how is it?" Shae Harris was the first to ask.
Yi Zheng looked at her seriously and opened his mouth to reply.
Puff—
He couldn't hold it and laughed with his whole body shaking.
Shae Harris: What's the meaning of looking at me and laughing like that!!
Shae Harris didn't bother with him and snatched the phone.
She was nervous at first, with her face sticking close to the phone.
Then she moved it away and looked at the others with a serious face.
"Speak, how was it?" Ming Jun couldn't resist.
Puff—
Shae Harris held her stomach and laughed out loud after looking at him.
Ming Jun: No, what's the meaning???
Ming Jun also came forward.
But ended up with the same problem.
Puff—
Laughing his head off.
Noi Karn walked over.
Puff—
Directly knelt down holding his stomach from the force of the laughter.
Wei Zhi looked at the girl who was already red and crying and took her sleeve to walk forward.
Puff—
They were both laughing.
Now everyone was laughing loudly.
Eventually, it died down and everyone was silent.
"It was really good." Yi Zheng said seriously.
"So good that they can hire us as extras in a monster movie." Shae Harris said seriously.
Puff—
They exploded again.
"Yeah, Ming Jun would be the jelly monster." Shae Harris said after calming down.
That brought back memories and the laughter started again.
"Only as long as you can be my zombie colleague." Ming Jun also said seriously.
Memories were reawakened.
"Snort— you peasants can't compare to my majesty as a mummy." Wei Zhi puffed out his chest and said arrogantly.
Puff—
Shae Harris wiped her tears and wanted to continue but found that she couldn't.
She immediately took the phone from the hands of the black cat that was now just a single cat in the middle of them.
She checked again while forcing her twitching mouth from smiling.
"No way, why are these two so good?" Shae Harris said in shock.
The others, including Yi Zheng and the cat that was now on Mori Aoi's head, leaned in to watch.
Their faces also showed surprise.
Noi Karn and Mori Aoi were suddenly singled out.
"It's because I was taught to be flexible in the orphanage." Noi Karn said.
In his head he added secretly that an animal on display still needed to learn some tricks.
"I don't know either." Mori Aoi said with her head down.
To be honest, she was the one that shocked them the most.
That's because you could see that she was actually very good.
Like, really really good.
"You haven't learned at all?" Ming Jun asked in surprise.
"Well, I take some classes in my sister's place when she wants me to." Mori Aoi said nervously.
"You're amazing." Shae Harris said, waving her hands up and down.
"You are a hundred times better than us, so that must mean you're good." Ming Jun said.
"You are the best dancer I've seen." Wei Zhi said, rubbing her head.
"You're really good." Noi Karn also complimented.
"Good job." Yi Zheng said, patting her shoulder.
Mori Aoi was blushing at a loss.
Her eyes were darting around and she wanted to get swallowed by the floor.
"Don't we have another place to go to?" she spat out and turned to look at Wei Zhi.
Wei Zhi understood her look and felt helpless again.
He took her hand and led her out of their encirclement and into the room full of instruments.
