With a sigh, Black Spider explained the difference between genders among species, since there were many variations among the species in the galaxy, he could only give a general context and even then he still didn't know if it would work because this little guy looked like a slug, maybe it was a hermaphrodite.
-I understand! In that case, I'm a female! - The creature jumped slightly, excited to learn something new.
This surprised Black Spider somewhat, since he thought the chances of it being a hermaphrodite were higher.
Finally, Black Spider started thinking while Trax seemed uninterested, Rick just spoke. - She kind of looks like a cat and a slug, why don't we call her Slugcat?

Black Spider shrugged and suggested Slugcat to the her and she immediately started jumping around excitedly, squeaking while continuously saying her name through telepathy.
