Kareen wasn't sure who's seed Lacy had chosen. They hadn't spoken much since the library. She wanted so badly for the baby to be hers, for Lacy to believe that she was an worthy Alpha.
She drove to the office where the twins worked. When she, the twins, and Jason were promoted, they were able to choose where to work. Jason chose to move out of the city to the city next over while Kareen chose to stay at the same office and just take the position there. The twins moved to the new downtown office.
She enterd into the parking garage and got out with her suitcase, knowing the twins were expecting her and not a fax nor an email. There was a client that needed some paperwork signed by the twins before Kareen could close on the house with her.
She took the elevator to the desire flood and walked into the office. She was pointed to where their offices sat and in went in that direction.
