When Goku showed the Time Ring to all the gods and angels around, everyone went silent.
The gods and angels stared at it seriously. Most didn't know much about the Time Ring—but the Angels and Gods of Destruction did. They knew it was a special object that allowed time travel, and only the Kaioshins were supposed to use it.
But Goku wasn't a Kaioshin. Yet, he could use it freely.
That alone proved something shocking—Goku had been recognized by both Zeno and the Grand Priest. Even though he didn't have an official divine title, his secret status was now beyond even a God of Destruction.
Beerus crossed his arms and said, "We don't really know what that ring is, but since you got it, Goku, keep it safe. You might need it someday."
The heavy mood was broken when Whis smiled and added, "Indeed. Perhaps its purpose will reveal itself in time."
"Really? So you don't know either, huh? Alright then." Goku said casually, scratching his head.
"Tch~! What a horrible day," Champa groaned. "Vados, let's just go back to Universe Six already."
After losing the match and nearly getting a heart attack from Zeno's sudden appearance, Champa just wanted to rest in peace.
"Okay, Lord Champa." Vados nodded gently and summoned the cube-shaped shuttle. Within moments, she and all the contestants from Universe Six disappeared from the nameless star.
With their departure, the six Super Dragon Balls officially belonged to Universe Seven.
Whis waved his staff and said, "Alright everyone, let's return to the ring." With a flash of divine light, all the spectators were teleported back to the viewing area.
"Goku!!"
Chi-Chi ran toward him, tears in her eyes, and threw herself into his arms.
"Dad!" Goten came next, tugging lightly at his father's pants.
"Haha, I'm back, Goten." Goku smiled and ruffled his son's hair. Then he turned to Chi-Chi and gently wiped her tears away. "Sorry for making you worry for so long, Chi-Chi. But I'm home now."
Chi-Chi sniffed and nodded, trying not to cry again.
Then, slowly, Videl walked forward, carrying a small baby in her arms.
"Dad, this is your granddaughter," she said with a proud smile.
Goku's eyes softened as he looked at the little girl sleeping peacefully.
"She's… Pan, right?" Goku said with a calm smile.
Videl blinked in surprise. "Huh? Dad, how do you know? I was just about to tell you her name!"
"Hehe, don't worry," Goku chuckled. "Pan will grow up to be a strong and kind girl." He gently touched Pan's tiny cheek.
The baby slowly opened her eyes, blinking at him curiously. She didn't know who he was, but something deep inside her told her—this person was family.
At that moment, Bulma's voice cut through the heartwarming scene.
"Lord Beerus! Whis! Goku! Vegeta! The seven Super Dragon Balls have been gathered!" she shouted, holding her radar. "The planet we're standing on—it's the last one!"
Beerus' eyes widened. "So the seven Super Dragon Balls are all together now?"
Whis smiled. "Indeed, Lord Beerus. Shall we proceed?"
Beerus smirked. "Then what are we waiting for? Let's make our wish already."
"Yes, Lord Beerus." Whis nodded, then turned to everyone from Universe Seven. "Everyone, please enter the shuttle cube in order."
Soon, everyone boarded, and the shuttle began to rise. As it floated higher, the six gigantic Super Dragon Balls surrounded the nameless star, glowing brightly.
The sight was breathtaking—each Dragon Ball was the size of a planet, shining with golden light across the endless void.
Whis raised his staff, and his angelic aura spread around them. The nameless star began to shake violently. Cracks spread across its surface, glowing like lava veins, until the entire crust shattered.
And then—it was revealed.
The nameless star itself was the final Super Dragon Ball, the one with four five-pointed stars.
"Whoa… so this is the Super Dragon Ball?" Goku's eyes widened in awe. He had seen normal Dragon Balls before, but this… this was on another level entirely.
Each ball was so huge it could swallow entire planets. Goku felt a strange excitement—and a thought formed in his mind. Maybe… he could use these to protect everything.
Whis began to chant the summoning spell.
The seven Dragon Balls lit up at once, golden rays shooting across space. A blinding light filled the sky, and then—an enormous figure appeared.
The Super Dragon.
Its scales shone like molten gold, its eyes glowed brighter than suns, and its body stretched across galaxies. Its power made even Beerus and Vegeta tremble.
For ordinary beings, it was impossible to even look at it. But for the strong, they could feel every pulse of its overwhelming energy.
The divine dragon's body expanded again and again until it looked as if it could devour the entire universe.
Everyone stood speechless.
Then, space itself twisted—and they were suddenly surrounded by a glowing galaxy corridor. After what felt like endless travel, they reached the core of the dragon itself.
There, they saw the true Super Dragon up close—its golden scales shining like eternity itself.
Is this… the Super Dragon? Goku thought in awe. It's so different from any dragon I've ever seen… I wonder, could something this powerful ever become evil?
He remembered the evil dragons from before—those born from negative energy. If something this massive turned dark… it would be a disaster beyond imagination.
Whis turned to Beerus. "Lord Beerus, do you have a wish in mind?"
Beerus frowned, thinking hard. "Hmm… I don't even know anymore. This dragon was supposed to bring Goku back, but now that he's here, I've got nothing!"
Just then, Goku stepped forward. "Beerus, can I make the wish this time?"
Beerus blinked in surprise. "Huh? You want to make the wish?"
The room went silent again. Everyone's eyes turned to Goku.
Something about the calm look in his eyes told them—this wasn't just another Goku moment. He had something important in mind.
Beerus turned around and locked eyes with Goku as they stood on the shuttle cube.
For a moment, neither of them said anything. The air between them was quiet, but it was clear both were thinking deeply.
Beerus didn't know what Goku's wish was going to be, but honestly, it didn't matter much to him. If Goku really wanted to make the wish, he could have it.
Still, Beerus wasn't about to give it away for free.
"It's not impossible for you to make a wish with Super Shenron," Beerus said with a smirk. His half-closed eyes glowed with a teasing glint. "But… you know the deal."
Goku smiled confidently. "Fine by me. When you need my help in the future, I'll be there."
There was no hesitation in his voice. This wish was too important for him to back down.
Beerus raised a brow, slightly surprised. "You've already become a god, yet there's still something you're wishing for? That's… unexpected. I'm curious, Goku. What kind of wish is it?"
Whis floated closer with a calm smile. "Goku, you'll need to tell us your wish clearly. The Super Dragon only understands the language of the gods."
Goku took a deep breath. His tone became serious, almost heavy.
"In the far future, there's a world ruined by someone who is the Dark Version of me. All the gods there were killed, and the humans of Universe Seven were almost wiped out."
He clenched his fists. "My wish is to bring back everyone who died because of the Dark Version of me—all the people and gods from that world!"
Everyone froze.
The silence that followed was deep. Even Whis and Beerus were stunned.
Beerus blinked. "What? You're… you're talking about another timeline? You're telling me that actually happened?"
Whis's usual calm smile faded into something softer. He looked at Goku carefully. "So that's your wish… You've really changed, Goku. You're no longer just a fighter. You're… a god born from humanity."
Goku nodded firmly. "Yes. That's my wish."
Whis turned toward the Super Dragon and began to speak the divine language. His voice echoed through the galaxy.
As he spoke, the Super Dragon's huge red eyes began to glow, releasing a golden light that stretched beyond time and space.
It wasn't just magic. It was the power of rules—something beyond all laws of the universe.
That light reached across endless dimensions, all the way to the broken world Goku had spoken of.
The Super Dragon's voice thundered in the divine tongue:
"Your wish has been granted. Farewell."
And just like that, the great dragon's body vanished.
The seven Super Dragon Balls split apart, drifting slowly back to Universes Six and Seven.
The stars returned to normal. Space grew still again.
Goku closed his eyes and smiled.
Trunks… your world has been restored. This time, protect it with your own strength.
When he opened his eyes, everyone was staring at him—Beerus, Whis, Vegeta, Bulma. Their faces were full of questions.
Beerus crossed his arms. "So… care to explain?"
Goku scratched the back of his head. "Heh, alright. After I accidentally broke through the Realm of Nothingness, I ended up in another time—Trunks's future world. Let me tell you what happened."
As Whis guided the shuttle cube back to Universe Seven, Goku began to explain everything.
Those few hours felt both long and short, but by the end, everyone finally understood.
Despair Timeline — Trunks's Earth
The light from the Super Dragon's power covered the whole planet.
The ruins started to rebuild themselves. Broken buildings rose again, clean and untouched.
And one by one, people who had died came back to life—breathing, smiling, crying.
Trunks stood frozen, staring as the world came back to life.
"The people… they're alive! And the buildings—everything's restored!"
He looked around, feeling the flow of life energy spreading across the Earth.
"The planet's life force… it's growing stronger!"
Mai covered her mouth, tears falling. "Was it… Goku? Did he do this?"
Trunks nodded slowly, a smile breaking across his face. "Yeah… there's no one else who could've done it."
Bulma looked up at the sky, her voice gentle. "Thank you, Goku…"
Hell
The chaos caused by the Dark Man faded. The balance of the underworld returned.
The souls of Yama, the Kai Kings, Gohan from that timeline, and the other Z Fighters reappeared.
They immediately started restoring order and sending lost souls to Heaven and sealing away the evil spirits that had escaped from Hell.
Across the Other Universes
Every Kaioshin who had been killed by the Dark Man opened their eyes again.
And with their return, their twin Gods of Destruction also revived.
Life and order returned to all twelve universes.
But in that other future timeline, things began to change.
Broly had become the new God of Destruction.
Trunks had taken the role of Supreme Kai.
A new balance was forming the one that no one could predict.
Back in the Present Universe
Goku and the others returned safely to Earth.
Bulma, being Bulma, had already prepared a grand feast for everyone. The chefs had been working nonstop, and the smell of food filled the air.
Huge platters of dishes covered the long table with meat, seafood, desserts, fruits. Every flavor imaginable.
Beerus and Whis's eyes sparkled the moment they saw it.
"Whis, do you smell that?" Beerus grinned, his tail twitching.
Whis chuckled. "I do, my lord. It seems Bulma outdid herself again."
Goku laughed. "Haha! It's been ages since I've eaten like this! Let's dig in!"
Bulma smiled proudly. "Alright, everyone! This is a celebration! Eat as much as you want!"
And with that, the feast began.
The tired warriors laughed, cheered, and ate together.
After so much fighting, loss, and struggle and this moment felt warm and peaceful.
For once, Goku wasn't just a fighter or a savior.
He was home.
