Chapter 1 - Chapter -1: She

In our lives, some things and situations are really fearful, and I decided to end those fearful things in my life and myself to live peacefully, but at some point I really wanted to smile again and again, like I ever wanted to..., so, I decided to restart my life... once again, maybe my destination will change at some point...!!

I was packing my luggage and looking for missing things that should be kept in my bag, obviously my hands were busy and my eyes were also busy searching for things. In between, my hair, responding to the invisible waving wind coming towards me from the window, was disturbing me a little bit. Suddenly, I heard the ringtone of my phone, so I took the phone and answered.

"Hello Sara, where are you?" Janu said.

"I'm coming; you took the flight tickets, right?" I replied nervously.

"Oh yes, but..., do you really want to go to Nepal?" said Janu.

"After I arrive, we will talk. Ah, okay, bye, The bus is coming." I kept my phone in my pocket and came out of my room and stepped into the bus. After I sat in my seat, I looked outside, but in my heart, so much sadness and anger have been there for the past 15 years, and finally, I chose this way.

Finally, after 5 hours, I reached my friend's house and took some rest, and after that, I got ready to catch the next flight, but suddenly my friend Janu came to me and said, "Sara, listen, I think this is not correct. You are going to another country, and you've decided to never come back."

"Nepal, oh.. okay, it's our neighboring country, and if I stay here, I will die every day... Maybe at least I'll live happily there, and you know that I experienced torture every day, it was really hard, but Janu...! I want to live differently," I replied with my sadly looking eyes.

"Okay, I won't stop you, but remember, if there is any problem, you should call me first, and I'll drop you off at the airport," Janu said.

She hugged me, but her eyes teared a little, so I finally broke my silence and said, "No, Janu... don't cry....hum..okay, say to your husband, my wishes. And you remember, right, what you have to tell them; if any of my family members or relatives come to you, take this number." I gave my new number.

"Yesss... ahh, did you change your number, but why??" Janu asked.

"Humm, yes, I don't want to give them a chance to trace my number. That's why I changed." And one last time, I hugged my friend and said, "Bye," and finally I went.

I reached the airport! After so many hours, finally, I reached the capital of Nepal, Kathmandu.

I contacted my other friend who lived in Kathmandu, and with her help, I took a rented house. After some time, I took some rest, but my friend suggested a small job opportunity, and I went for a hotel management job.

I reached the restaurant on the 1st day. I don't know how to speak Nepali, but somehow I managed everything in English, and I decently worked in that place, and everyone liked me. Like this, one month ended, but recently a girl and I became friends.

One day she shared her thoughts with me, and we both realised that the salary was not enough for a living, so we decided to go to another restaurant for a job.

One evening, at 5:00 PM,

I was walking on the road, but aside from the road, a group of benches were there, so I wanted to sit there for some time, and I did and enjoyed the wind. The wind asked me, "How are you, Sara?" and I replied back with a small smile, "Ahhh, it's really peaceful."

But suddenly, I was looking around and saw a girl with a white box, and I clearly saw that it was a medicine box, and her depressive eyes filled with tears and her face was swollen. After I saw her, my heart responded spontaneously because, ahh... I know, I know how it feels like... It's not over, and it's... it's never be okay... sometimes it feels like our heart and mind [are] disturbed with a lot of words that make us [want] to die... I know how it feels like...!! No... maybe this girl [is] trying to do something to herself or what...! Ahh, just like me... No... no... I'll stop her. So, I went to that girl and said,

"Hi, I'm Sara."

That girl saw me with a suspicious look. I asked her, "Hey, give me those medicines," and I took some tablets and said, "C'mon, we have to die."

That girl suspiciously asked Sara, "Who are you?"

"Ahh, I'm Sara from India," she replied, and she stepped closer to that girl and said again with a hopeful tone, "I do not know what caused you to die, but listen, no one stays for you; everybody stays depending on their need for you. Promise yourself, no matter how hard it is, you will never give up on yourself. Okay?" And in the end, she tapped that girl's hand with a hopeful smile.

And she left her and went away, but a guy came to her sister, who was sitting on the bench with a white box, and he saw Sara.

Like this, the days are running like clouds.

One day, 8:30 AM

I came outside from my house and was drinking some coffee, but suddenly a voice was heard from my back.

"Saraa, hey Saraaa!"

I turned back and saw her, and her eyes widened a little bit, and she asked again, "Hey, do you remember me?" That girl asked again.

"Ahh, that evening, right?" I replied.

"Yeah, I'm Ananya," she smiled.

"Ah, do you live here?" I asked her curiously.

"Yeah, Sara, he's my brother Aryan," Ananya introduced her brother.

"Hi," I said.

"From now on, we are neighbours," Ananya said.

Aryan was looking at her because he had already seen her that evening, so he wanted to ask something, but he stayed silent and just smiled.

"Yeah, we are neighbours, okay, bye Ananya," I said while looking at Aryan because he was staring at me without a blink, and finally I left from there.
