Observation on Subject K.R.

Observation 001:
Subject K.R. exhibits excretion of a dark, viscous substance from multiple orifices, specifically oral, ocular, nasal, and auricular cavities. Preliminary analysis indicates consistency in color and texture across all points of origin. Volume and frequency of excretion remain variable, with no apparent external stimulus required.
Observation 002:
The dark exudate emitted by subject K.R. demonstrates no observable interaction with any tested materials, including metals, ceramics, glass, and common polymers. No chemical reaction, adhesion, or absorption has been detected under controlled laboratory conditions.
Observation 003:
Subject K.R. exhibits spontaneous vocalizations consisting of previously unrecorded phonetic sequences. Immediately following each episode of vocalization, the dark exudate resumes emission from the previously documented orifices. Phonetic transcription of vocalizations: [Ἥλιος, Σελήνη, ἀρχή χρόνον ἀΐδιον]. No known language correspondence identified.
Observation 004:
Since the onset of anomalous symptoms, subject K.R. has demonstrated a progressive inability to produce coherent, conventional speech. Vocal output is limited to fragmented sounds and previously unrecorded phonetic sequences, with no intelligible language discernible.
Observation 005:
During periods of exudate emission and spontaneous vocalizations, subject K.R. displays repeated behavioral indicators consistent with perception of a humanoid figure cloaked in black. Indicators include fixed gaze toward unoccupied space, defensive posturing, and abrupt startle responses. No external stimuli corresponding to the observed behaviors were detected.
Observation 006:
Subject K.R. was found deceased at 6590 FMY. Post-mortem examination confirmed absence of vital signs. Residual exudate remains present at previously documented orifices. No external trauma or identifiable cause of death observed. Autopsy and further analysis are ongoing.
Observation 007:
During subject K.R.'s funeral, anomalous interference with restricted materials was detected. Access logs and physical checks indicate that an entity bypassed security measures without leaving detectable traces. The temporal correlation between these events and prior documented phenomena suggests the involvement of a humanoid figure associated with subject K.R.'s anomalous condition.
