"Third Master James, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting for so long," Logan, dressed in a sharp suit, bowed to Third Master James.
He had forgotten that Grant would also be present today and had planned to go out in casual clothes. As soon as he remembered, he rushed to the store to buy a new suit. Grant was his mentor and deserved respect regardless of age.
"What's going on?" Logan frowned, sensing that something was off in the hall.
Everyone fell silent, even Third Master James looked a bit unhappy.
"It's nothing, just some unruly relatives causing a commotion," Xenia spoke up to change the subject.
"Miracle Doctor Dixon, please take a look at my father's illness," Carson nodded in agreement.
Daisy's eyes narrowed. She wanted to stand up and make Jackson apologize to her husband, but she didn't want to interrupt her grandfather's medical examination. She could only watch as Xenia changed the topic.
Grant sat below, smiling but saying nothing.
