Chapter 312 - Conquerors: Loki Family

"Luke! Luke! Get out here! I know you're in there!"

A roar filled with divine power resounded inside and outside the Silent City. The demons, angels, dwarves, humans, and strange creatures from the nightmare world in the square all looked up at the man in the sky who was surrounded by lightning, with admiration in their eyes.

It had been a long time since they had seen anyone who dared to make such a noise in the silent city.

Even the most arrogant, cunning, and chaotic demons would become law-abiding children in the Silent City. Many "predecessors" shed their blood and tears, laying the iron rule of obedience for those who came after them.

Don't say that you are not smart or that your attributes are confused.

Even if you are a madman or a brainless chaos monster, as long as you pay some price, you can experience the long-lost peace and unprecedented clarity of thinking in this city.

A man as valiant as the current one, who dared to address the City Lord by name, was a rare sight in recent years, even within their memory. They had only encountered him during the chaotic early days of Silent City, often.

"Luke!..."

Thor's voice was suddenly interrupted, and the thunder and lightning surrounding him suddenly disappeared in mid-air. Thor cried out and fell freely from a high altitude.

All his divine power was forcibly cut off by some force, and the thunder force that was as easy as a finger was forced back into his body. The whistling wind whipped around him, scratching his cheeks. As he watched himself getting closer and closer to the ground, Thor couldn't help but close his eyes, mentally preparing himself for a collision with the ground.

Then a misty curtain of light opened below him, and Thor fell straight into it, and then with a thud, he fell on the solid and cold ground.

Thor, whose nose was a little sore from the hit, stood up with his hands on the ground, gently twisted his nose with his hands, and looked around.

He was no longer in the outer square, but had come to a laboratory filled with various experimental equipment. Just in front of him, a familiar figure caught his eye.

"Luke!" Thor hurried forward.

"I know why you are here." Luke turned around and said to Thor helplessly.

"You know?" Thor, who hadn't had time to speak, was stunned when he heard this. He looked at Luke in surprise.

"Who else but Loki could make you so impatient to come to my house and yell outside, not even caring about Asgard?" Luke rolled his eyes.

"I'm just worried about Loki! Is he stranded in another universe like Steve?" Thor said nervously. He was truly worried that his brother Loki, like Captain America, had been stranded in another universe due to some accident. Besides, he couldn't do without his good helper, Loki. Without him, he would have to deal with all the troublesome and complicated matters.

"Can you get him back? You know I need him now, and Asgard needs him too." Thor looked at Luke with a simple smile and pleaded.

"He didn't fall into some unknown universe. You can rest assured about that. Also, although he is in a little trouble now, he will not be in any danger unless something unexpected happens." Luke gave Thor a reassurance.

However, Thor was not satisfied with this: "No accidents? That means if there are accidents, he will still be in danger? Where is he? I think he really needs my protection as a brother right now."

Looking at Thor's arm muscles lighting up, Luke couldn't help but roll his eyes. "He's on a secret mission, a mission authorized by Odin. Don't worry about any accidents. Even if something happens and this brother is gone, I can compensate you with a bunch of brothers in the future! Male and female, old and young, human and non-human. There will always be one that will satisfy you."

"No, I think one Loki is enough." Thinking of a group of different brothers surrounding him, Thor couldn't help but shudder. He quickly shook his head and rejected Luke's kindness.

"You really don't need my help? I think it's best to leave the task to me. You know Loki, he's good at doing bad things, but when it comes to doing things..." Thor grinned, his face full of pity. Of course, Loki has changed a bit now, but the original impression is deeply rooted.

"You can't help with this matter. If you go over there, you will only make things a mess!" Luke gave an answer without mercy that made Thor's face freeze.

"Impossible! Absolutely impossible!" Thor shook his head again, firmly denying Luke's conclusion. "I will never mess things up!"

"It's a game of hide-and-seek. I want to find someone, but he seems to be aware of the danger and is hiding from me. This mission doesn't require much force, but it requires a lot of brains. Are you sure?" Luke said, watching the unpredictable expression on Thor's face with a smile on his face.

"Well, Loki is definitely better at this. He's always got a little bit of a cleverness to him." Thor coughed twice. His strength had grown considerably with Luke's help, but at the same time, he'd become more reckless. After all, Loki had taken on most of the tedious tasks, allowing him to devote more time to honing his skills and engaging in various battles.

"Well, can you leave now? I still have things to deal with." Luke ordered them to leave: "You know, my time is precious."

"No, Stephen said time is worthless to you." Thor quoted the words of the Sorcerer Supreme.

"Did he say that?" Luke looked thoughtful.

"I'm sure he told me that!" Thor thought about it seriously and nodded cautiously.

"That's great. I decided to propose it at the bank meeting to give Master Strange more responsibilities, such as creating a dimensional gap or something." Luke thought thoughtfully.

Far away in Kamar-Taj, the sorcerer Stephen Strange felt an inexplicable sense of danger. Cautiously standing up, he released his magical powers to carefully explore his surroundings, hoping to uncover the source of this sense of danger. After returning empty-handed, he desperately tried to use the Time Stone again. However, after scrolling through tens of thousands of future timelines, he found trouble, but it didn't seem to match the sense of danger he felt.

"Can I ask what mission Loki is on?" Thor approached Luke and asked in a low voice.

"I have a method that can quickly make the hammer recognize you. Do you want it?" Luke took a step back and glanced at Thor.

Thor's face was filled with ecstasy, and he stepped forward to give Luke a heavy and powerful hug, but he was blocked by an invisible barrier, separating him and Luke.

Luke spread out his hands, and a silver metal plate was assembled in the void. He stuffed it into Thor's hand, and then exerted force with his palm, pushing him directly into a curtain of light rising behind Thor.

The light curtain closed, and Thor disappeared with it.

After sending Thor away, Luke also locked Thor's identity authority to enter the Silent City. At least until Loki returned, the Silent City did not intend to open to Thor again.

Time Management Bureau.

Having just teamed up with Loki to kill the Time Guardians, Loki, having discovered they were actually three robots, was struck from behind. Looking at Loki in front of him, his body rapidly fading away, Loki opened his mouth, filled with regret, but before he could say anything, he completely vanished from Loki's sight.

Judge Ravna, who had stabbed Loki in the back, met Loki's faintly red eyes, which were filled with sadness and anger, after Loki, who was standing between her and Loki, disappeared.

"Wait, he's not dead!"

The weapon was snatched away by the powerful Loki, and just before she was about to be wiped out, Ravna called out with a quick wit. Her words caused the cutter eraser in Loki's hand to stop just millimeters above her skin.

"Damn it!"

When Loki opened his eyes, he saw a somewhat dim sky.

Is that Helheim?

The journey home of the souls of people from the Nine Realms after death.

The prison where Odin imprisoned his violent sister.

But soon, this thought disappeared from his mind, because he saw three strange people, but they had certain characteristics that were particularly familiar to him.

One of them was a big black man, tall and strong, holding a hammer in his hand.

One was a funny old fellow, but his attire was so familiar that Loki's eyelids twitched.

There was another one standing in the center, holding a juvenile that looked like a crocodile species in his arms.

The three people and the beast were now surrounding him with burning eyes, looking down at him condescendingly.

"A newcomer." The big black man said

"It's not a familiar outfit, but the face is familiar," the old man continued.

"Are you awake? If you are, get up. We should run away." The young man snorted twice and said.

"Wait, at least tell me where this place is? I thought I was dead!" Loki quickly got up from the ground, caught up with the three people who were running in front with big strides, and stepped forward to ask.

"In a sense, you can also say that you are dead. This is the ruins of time, the end, the place of conclusion. Whatever you want to call it, it is not a good place anyway." said the old man.

"How can I leave here? I still have a lot of things to deal with." Loki quickly approached the old man and asked him.

"Leave?" The old man looked at him as if he were a fool. "How could you have such an idea? No one can escape from here. This is a prison, a prison from which no one can escape!

Do you see that monster? It's called Elrios, and it devours matter and energy. If you don't want to die, stay quiet and don't attract its attention.

The old man pointed at the monster that looked like a ball of black fog connecting the sky and the earth, and reminded Loki.

"One last question, who are you?" Loki raised his hand, quickly followed them, and asked the last question he wanted to ask.

"I thought you guessed it. Look at our outfits. Yes, it's just as you thought! You are Loki, I am Loki, he is Loki, including the crocodile, we are all Loki! We are the Loki family, and you are welcome to join us, newcomer. You have added fresh blood to us, and we have new stories about ourselves to listen to." Old Loki grinned.

They quickly came to a secret hiding place, lifted the metal lid, and jumped inside.

Loki, who had also arrived at the Time Ruins by [Suicide], almost collided with Elrios, who was wandering around cleaning up the ruins. She ran across the ground for her life with her strong and slender legs.

A car in front honked its horn, attracting her attention. Mobius, who was also exiled here for discovering some secrets, leaned through the car window and waved vigorously at her, signaling her to get in the car quickly.

"How come you are here too?" The female version of Loki, who called herself Sylvie, quickly jumped into the car, slammed the door shut, and looked at Mobius in the driver's seat in surprise.

"Some accidents happened, some secrets were discovered that shouldn't have been known, and then they were dealt with." Mobius explained calmly, then pointed his thumb behind him, "What is that thing?"

"I don't know! You've been in the Time Management Bureau for so long, I should be the one asking you this question." Loki Sylvie said.

"That's true. It seems the Time Administration has a lot of secrets." Mobius shrugged and stepped on the accelerator. He was thankful that the car was still running.

"However, I have detected some interesting memories from it. These memories seem to align with the ultimate secret we seek," Loki said. Loki's magical ability was illusion, but her female counterpart's was charm. With any meaningful contact, she could use her ability to detect the memories of all living things. In that fleeting energy contact just now, she had already used her own energy to glimpse some of the other person's memories.

Inside this living storm monster lies an unknown castle. Loki has a strong premonition that this is the final destination she wants to pursue.

The biggest secret of the Time Administration, or rather its creator and the mastermind behind it, is right there! Inside that all-devouring monster!

She wants to go in!

No matter what, she had to go in and verify it.

So after Loki told Mobius her speculations and the information she had obtained, she confessed her inner thoughts to him.

"You want to rush in? Into that monster's interior?" Mobius turned to look at Sylvie in shock. "That's crazy! I don't think this is a good idea."

"But it is the last chance to solve our doubts and find out the person behind the scenes, isn't it?" Loki gave his answer calmly.

"What are you going to do? It doesn't look like someone you can deal with easily." Looking at the huge monster that devoured everything in the rearview mirror, Mobius asked seriously.

"I can try to use my ability to control it and let it open a path for us." Loki said.
