"How does it feel?" Luke came to Mordo's side, squatted down, looked at Mordo's face revealed by the loosened straps, and asked softly.
"It's terrible." Mordo tried to rub his aching head, but his entire body was still tightly bound by the red bandages. "It feels like there are more and more unfamiliar consciousnesses in my head, converging to form a certain emotional consciousness. I understand the danger you're talking about. Without proper protection and mental preparation, even a strong willpower will face the risk of assimilation and erosion."
There was a hint of lingering fear in Modu's eyes.

"That's why filtering and conversion are necessary." Luke said softly.
