Shafrin placed gently on his seat, as he stood to his full height, eyes glimmering like wild dark gold gems…
He stared fixatedly on the arena, at his two cousins, feeling his blood boil in anticipation…
And like moths drawn to a flame, Damon and Sol, their eyes, trained towards him…
So the moment their gazes met..
Dindu…
Sol….
Damon….
Booom!!! Crack!!! Ruuuuuummmmbbbeeeeee!!!
The space fissured and cracked as the battle intent collided….
Raw…
Unfiltered…
Unapologetic…
They clashed mid air…
A battle of wills…
A battle for supremacy…
A battle to escape the shadows of one monster…
The atmosphere twisted and churned from the raw intent escaping the three…
By now, the entire ceremony had long since belonged to them…
Everyone was now a spectator..
From the fellow awakening candidates, to the highe vips…
The powerhouses among them, seeing the twisting and churning of the atmosphere from the pressure of their auras, strengthened the barrier around the field…
But all this didn't concern them..
Not one bit…
Dindu only saw his two cousins, finally, for once in over eighteen years, acting against his will and still standing…
And that thought, made him grin even wider…
BOOM!!!
So he held nothing back, jumping from some 100 feet high, he land with grace and authority on the field…
His white locks tossing wildly in the air as the clash of auras intensified…
Rumble!!!
Damon and Sol, seeing dindu land on the arena knew he was finally seeing them..
Not as the weaklings he thought they were, but as peers he acknowledged…
And that, made them go all out…
A bloody moon rose and dyed the world a deep crimson hue..
Simultaneously a burning bright golden sun rose, raising the temperature to obscene levels as th atmosphere began to melt once more…
They cranked their auras to the max…
Nothing was held back..
This time, they would stand tall..
This time, they'd make the monster back down…
But, let's be honest…
Would he have been termed monster, in a family of monsters if it were that easy to put him down?
Seeing as his cousins weren't holding back…
Dindu straightened his gait..
And then,
Boom!
He took a step, but that single step felt like the world had come crashing down on everyone…
The atmosphere became heavy, too heavy to bear..

Then another, the pressure increased, Damon and Sol, they felt the weight settle on their shoulders..

Then another..

And another.

Steadily he took heavy steps that felt like he was stepping on reality itself as he advanced towards them..
Towards the awakening crystal behind them..
But oh boy, he wasn't having it as easy as he normally did..

For Damon and Sol, despite their auras, their wills, not being on par with Dindu's, they'd already awakened their bloodlines..
And what they awakened were origin grade bloodlines…
Bloodlines with wills of their own…
So what happens when the will of blood and The will of cosmic suns decided to tag team?
Carnage!!
Dindu's skin was blistering all over, a faint burnt stench wafted from his body as he endured temperatures that could melt a tier 4 warrior in moments…
His blood, despite his authority, rebelled..
it churned, twisted, turned, flowed in reverse…
He was a mess..
He shouldn't be moving..
But he was…
Boom!
And his presence only felt weightier…
Bloodied, battered and burnt..
A sight never associated with The Dindu Wildheart…
And yet today they saw it..
Even a monster can bleed…
Even a monster can be burnt..
But what hammered the thought of never crossing this monster?
It's because even now, he gave off the feeling of being untouchable..
Like the burns were allowed by him..
Like the bleeding was nothing but a display..
And then he reached them..
Standing before Damon and Sol..
One clad in a deep crimson ominous looking armor, blade planted firmly into the ground..
The other, burning with quiet majesty, his eyes a pool of liquid flames..
Dindu for the first time in his life, had to look UP..
For they toward over him…
He smiled..
A bloodthirsty, crooked and evil smile…
His burnt face stretching as he spoke,
"Good" he said..
"You did not disappoint me" he added..
"You have earned my acknowledgment" he said, locking eyes with them..
Neither flinched..
Like they knew it was inevitable…
"Now watch and see" Dindu started walking past them…
"You've earned my acknowledgment, now watch and see.. wait and experience" he spoke, his voice calm, measured, not loud, but carrying through the whole arena…
"Experience for yourself, the undeniable truth"
"No matter what you are"
"No matter who you are"
"Your bloodline means nothing"
"Your standing means nothing"
"For in all of heaven and earth" he paused, letting the silence drag out, as he raised his right burnt palm…
"I alone am exalted" he concluded, finally placing his palm on the crystal..
And the moment he did..
It froze..
Everything..
Not metaphorically..
But literally..
All of existence FROZE!!
And then..
