Chapter 125: Hero·Wang Fu Hua! (Part 2)
[Outside the Schicksal Cathedral Council Hall,
The Captain and the Vodka Girls were nervously awaiting the summoning of the Hero King! Soon, the Captain and Rozaliya's trio entered the interview room. "Now the next three candidates are...
Rozaliya, Liliya, and—Captain?"
Facing the Hero King's inquiry, the Captain's first question was: Why is this room so dark? At this moment, the Hero King finally realized: "It is rather dim. Angel-sama, please provide some holy light."
"Hey! How long has it been since you paid the electricity bill? My holy light isn't meant to be used as your lightbulb—"
"Angel-sama, holy light."
"Understood, Hero King-sama."
Under the blinding radiance, the Hero King observed them in a certain commander's signature pose. Behind her, the angel gracefully spread her luminous wings, bathing the room in warm holy light.]
[Bronya Zaychik] "Bronya must be seeing things. That idiot Kiana is actually an angel?"
[Kiana]: "What's wrong with me being an angel? That Hero King is Class Monitor, right? She has to be!"
[Stelle]: "But according to this bubble universe's bizarre generational hierarchy, if there was no usurpation, wouldn't Fu Hua technically be Kiana's descendant many generations removed?"
[March 7th]: "Huh? Why is that your takeaway?"
[Theresa]: "It's best not to apply bubble universe family relations to our own world."
Theresa shuddered at the thought of Stargazer—who looked identical to her—calling Kiana "Imperial Uncle" while Kiana gazed at Stargazer with grandfatherly affection.
[Under the light, the Captain finally got a clear look at the two figures above. Before he could marvel at how the Hero King truly had an angel's blessing, he was shocked to recognize the interviewer as Fu Hua!?
Seeing the Captain's recognition, Fu Hua openly admitted: "Indeed, I am Hero·Wang Fu Hua. But how did you know my name?"
"With that lame hero title of yours, who wouldn't know..."
The angel muttered behind her. "Angel-sama, tonight's push-ups are doubled—400 reps."
"Hey! That's corporal punishment! Punishment!"
"Tripled. This is for your own good, Angel-sama. Proper exercise promotes health."
The angel protested indignantly: "I'm an angel! An angel who stays slim eating chips all day and never gets sick from all-nighters! I'm perfectly healthy!!"
The Captain below felt she resembled Class Monitor Fu Hua even more now. Behind them, the A-Twin sisters whispered that while this world had many lookalikes, none seemed to recognize them.]
[Kiana]: "Wait! Shouldn't I—as the angel—be disciplining the hero in a normal story?"
[March 7th]: "What kind of name is that?! Not 'Hero King·Fu Hua' but 'Hero·Wang Fu Hua'? That makes the whole title sound so lame!"
[Guinaifen]: "It's like going from an ethereal immortal or commanding general to some random extra."
[Fu Hua]: "Kiana, have you been neglecting your training recently?"
[Kiana]: "Heh, a mere 400 pushups? Easy!"
[Fu Hua]: "I never said they'd be like in the video."
Given Kiana's strength, 400 pushups might not even count as warmup—clearly she needed... significantly more.
[After the interview began, Wang Fu Hua immediately recognized that the Captain had saved worlds countless times,
Thus for these three candidates, the Hero King waived the interview and proceeded directly to trials.
First Trial: Pull the Sword from the Stone. When questioned about Fu Hua having previously drawn the sword, she explained:
As a wandering traveler seeking divine clues, Fu Hua undertook trials,
Then when the Captain drew Excalibur, Angel Kiana descended to fulfill her destiny by helping the sword-bearer defeat the Demon King. Except Fu Hua had already exchanged blows with the Demon King before drawing the sword—ending him with a Phoenix Strike to the cranium! Deeming her trial complete upon meeting the angel, she simply reinserted Excalibur into the stone.]
[Kiana]: "She could do that? Killing the Demon King before even drawing the sword?! That's our Class Monitor!"
[Silver Wolf]: "In gaming terms, that's like beating the final boss with starter gear through sheer skill and stats alone."
[March 7th]: "Thinking about Fu Hua's Divine Edge technique, I'm not even surprised~"
[Li Sushang]: "As expected of Master Phoenix!"
[Stelle]: "The immortal touches my crown—then cracks it open with Phoenix Strike!"
[Understanding the situation, the Captain departed with two brave warriors while Angel Kiana "volunteered" to join—mainly to escape those 400 pushups. The party soon reached the cursed forest bordering the Holy Kingdom.
Rozaliya and Liliya were thrilled for this adventure as Angel Kiana proudly recited textbook facts about the location in a monotone. When encountering characters even an angel couldn't read, Kiana skipped ahead to announce: "Before you brave candidates lies your first of eighty-one trials:
Guardian of Excalibur, Valkyrie Training Master—Blood Embrace·Jude Copy."
"Straight to combat?! And shouldn't I be the Valkyrie Training Master?"
The Captain couldn't help but complaining. "That was quite a dangerous remark slipped into your mouth, Captain," Liliya replieded hiscomplaints.]
[Silver Wolf]: "Is this even the same universe as last video? The tone shift is wild."
[Seele]: "With those two idiots around, chaos is guaranteed."
[Stelle]: "If nothing else, this world perfectly matches my mental state!"
[Firefly]: "Everyone's so spirited!"
[Silver Wolf]: "Don't fool yourself—Stelle's behavior is pure abstract art!"
[A white-haired battle doll in red-black gown with tiny horns appeared. "Strangers, why have you awakened me?"
When Rozaliya mistook Jude Copy for a mushroom, it grew angry: "The last person who said that no longer exists in this world."
"I choose you!
Come forth—my launcher, Vampire Delilah!"
A red-eyed girl in gothic lolita dress curtsied gracefully before flashing a dangerous smile: "Countess Delilah answers your call. Lambs, are you prepared for baptism by blood?"
Seeing Jude Copy summon its launcher Delilah, Rozaliya and Liliya demanded the Captain deploy them as summons to win this battle!]
[Kiana]: "Jude Copy's launcher is Vampire Delilah? Another Aunt Theresa? The vampire edition?"
[Theresa]: "That's Vampire Delilah! That thing is Judah's launcher—not me!"
[Rita]: "The vampire version of Lady Theresa remains adorable~"
[Murata Himeko]: "Theresa, you really need more combat practice—even bubble universes know you as 'Judah Launcher' now!"
[Theresa]: "I said that's Delilah! Nothing to do with Theresa!"
Theresa desperately tried distancing herself from launcher-Delilah through righteous dissociation—with questionable success.
