The sun is already hidden and the full moon is shining in the sky above. But Arin is still laying down unconscious on the ground in dark street. Now this dark street is filled with moonlight.
Arin starts gaining his consciousness. He sit down and start wiping his face. Because it got dirty by his own vomit.
"Where am I? Haa.. it's already night."
Then he saw Kyris' lifeless corpse but now something is different about that corpse. It seems like it died many years ago. Whole body skin got shriveled and stuck with the bones. Both eyes are on the ground but still connect with shriveled nerves.
Arin is still confused and scared but deep down he looks kind of satisfied and happy that he killed a criminal.

Arin's body muscles and bones start developing even more but the pain he starts feeling is too much to handle.
"Ahhhhhhh, what is this pain? Is this punishment for my sin?"
Then his whole pain went away. Arin stands up, now he looks tall and muscular.
"So it's not punishment but a price for my good work." A faint smile came on Arin's face. "Yes, now I can pay my debt by using this power and killing these criminals."
After that Arin comes towards Kyris body then he picks up Kyris shirt and takes out his sword from Kyris neck. Then he binds that sword on his waist and starts walking down from that street.
Arin enters the main market but this time the whole market is closed. Only a few alcohol, alchemy and bars are open. There are many missing posters of people on the walls. Arin is just walking down by looking towards those posters.
"I never realised that so many people went missing, that's why small streets are empty even in day." He put right hand on chin and left hand on the elbow of right hand. "It means there are so many criminals out there. That I can kill and make this society a better place."
Then a scream came from a street from a few distance ahead. Arin ran towards that scream. And he ended up in an alley. Arin hid behind a wall and saw a man is robbing another man. Victim is crying for mercy but the robber doesn't stop. Then suddenly the victim tried to attack the robber but missed. But the robber didn't miss, he stabbed victim in the middle of chest. Arin came running towards that robber quickly and swing his sword and cut down the robber 's head in an instant.

Then he comes closer towards the victim and tries to save him. Victim is laying down on the ground and too much blood is dripping on the street. Arin closes his wound with his bond. But it's too late now that the victim died.
Arin put that victim down. Then he sits on his knees and joins his hands. "I am sorry, I am unable to save you."
Then he stands and goes near that robber's body and picks up his head.

Suddenly the whole robber's head shriveled up. And that life form is absorbed by Arin.

Then Arin crushed that robber's shriveled head with his right hand. After that he goes near that victim's body and touches his chest.

Victim's whole body goes dry. Then he simply walked away from that alley.
Sun goes up and the whole market is now open. People buying their necessity items. But something is abnormal here. There are too many soldiers in the market. They all are carrying something on a wagon but that thing is fully covered with red clothes. There are many wagons and each one carries at least 4 to 6 items.

The palace of Veylor is in chaos for some reason. King Atahsaia vire announced an emergency meeting.
All the ministers gathered in the throne room. This throne is massive and the whole throne is made of white marble. There are many massive windows on the right side of the throne till the gate. Throne is situated four steps above.
Atahsaia vire is sitting on the throne. He looks like he is in his 30s, but his aura seems scary and ruthless. His red and golden cloak and golden crown looks kind of tense. He is grabbing the throne right handle tightly by his right hand and left hand on his face.
"What's going on in my kingdom kael." He said then leaned forward. "First those kidnappings and now murders. Tell me who did this."
"We are still investigating my lord." Prime minister Jean said.
Suddenly the throne room gate opened and a few soldiers came inside with many dead bodies covered by cloth and with an Imperial healer.
"My lord." that healer bent down on her left knee.
"Stand up sereth, why are you here? You should be investigating those bodies, but it seems you want to make my throne room your lab." King Atahsaia's glare got tense.
"I am very apologetic, my lord but I have to tell you something." She looked into the king 's eyes.
"Hmm then tell me." Atahsaia leaned backward.
She stood up and uncovered those bodies. "Look my lord, this body skin is already shriveled up and this will happen when corpses stay years in graves. But all these happen in a single night. It means—"
"It means someone makes a contract directly with The Collector."
"I think he is a lifespan user." the prime minister put one hand and one hand on chin.
"No Jean, he is one of the Blood Arts Practitioners. And I don't want any of them, walk free in my kingdom and kill my people." Atahsaia's eyes got in revenge then he stood up from his throne. "Call them, I want to kill this murderer."

Arin is in a restaurant. This restaurant is made up of stones and roof and floor made by Woods. There are many tables and chairs made of wood. Whole restaurant is filled with customers and Arin is sitting on the middle table of the restaurant.
Now he is really tall and ripped, his biceps are now got quite muscles and his black cloak on black shirt with black pants and brownish sandals are looking good on him. He ordered one more plate of steak and one big glass bear. He has already eaten many plates and drank two glasses of beer.
"Hmm, yesterday night was very tiring. But thanks to those criminals I have enough money to survive. And my debt really went down." He murmurs, then he orders another plate of meat. "If I go with this speed. I can repay my debt easily."
Suddenly two soldiers enter the restaurant. They both are holding an iron spear in their right hand then they ask for a manager.
Manager appeared in front of them. "Hello sir, i am the manager of this restaurant. How can I help you."
"We are looking for a criminal who killed 98 criminals in a single night. Have you seen an unfamiliar face?"
"Isn't that good, that those criminals are dead." Manager said to them.
"Criminal is a criminal manager and no one gives him permission to kill anybody. There is no difference between him and other criminals." One soldier got angry and shouted.
Suddenly a murmur came. "At Least he is doing something that's supposed to be your work."
Those soldiers heard that and angry soldier threw his spear. Towards that voice, a spear passes near Arin's ear and stabs a man sitting on a chair.
After that, that soldier shouted in a loud voice. "Who defy kingdom law will die. In this kingdom betrayal had no second chance."
Then they both left the restaurant. Arin is sitting there and still eating, finishing his food. Then he looked up and smiled.
"More debt deduction."
