Chapter 101 - The city of Fellshire.

The group continues forwards, after parting from Taka and Cher back in the cave town, Kaito was a bit disheartened wishing that he fought Cher at least once.

Toni on the other hand was just excited that he got the chance to perform on stage again. He just talked on and on about how awesome it was for him.

Dante was upset he didn't get to say goodbye though he figured that they'd run into them again.

But as nighttime rolled around he groaned. "Why do we never spend nights at towns like this!" Dante blurted.

Kaito shook his head. "Because there was still daylight, why sit around when we could keep moving!"

Nanami nodded, "correct."

They set up camp as they always had, and Kaito cooked food as he always did. But as he finished cooking he smiled toward Dante. "Can we get some ice to keep the lunches fresh!"

Dante shook his head, being reduced to a mere cooler but he did it anyways, and as Kaito packed lunches for everyone he stopped at the last one.

He laughed awkwardly, making the mistake of packing Rika a lunch once again.

Dante placed a hand on his shoulder with a warm smile. "Don't worry about it Kaito, we'll get her back soon."

Bein looks around at them all seeing the group has grown more somber, aside from Patty of course. "Why's everyone lookin all sad?"

Kaito smiles at him. "We're missing one of our friends, she's super important, and without her we can't start our guild!"

Bein nods. "I get looking for one of your own, not that I care." He says before rolling over beginning to fall asleep.

Toni looks at the little demon, raising a brow to him. "Why are you even followin us around?" He asks.

The little demon waves him off. "I'm just doing as I please, it seemed interesting nothing more nothing less."

Nanami inspects him. "What a strange beast you are." She says.

Bein yawns with a stretch. "I'm ain't a beast, i'm Bein!"

"I'm ain't?" Nanami questions.

Dante shakes his head. "Just ignore him."

Later in the night as everyone slept Kaito continued training, he didn't know what they would come to face, but he wanted to be ready for it.

But as he trained the forest rustled Kaito instinctively reached for his dagger, but then he remembered it was shattered recently.

"Who's out there!?" Kaito shouted.

Bein was awoken by it and walked up beside him leaning against his leg. "What's the big deal, why're you shouting?"

They both watches the tree line as someone limped toward them. "Wait please, i'm unarmed!" He shouted.

Bein looked for a moment. "Good easy kill, get him white hair!"

Kaito ignored him. "You're not dangerous are you? My friends are sleeping." Kaito said.

The man shook his head, "no sir!" He then quickly bowed. "My name is Sal locker I was with my group doing a job, but i was injured and now i'm just trying to make it somewhere safe." He said.

The mans stomach began rumbling and Kaito felt sorry for him. He grabbed the extra lunch he had packed, and handed it over to him.

Sal stood still for a moment. "What is this? I never asked for food."

Kaito smiles to him. "No one should go hungry, so it's okay you can have it!"

Kaito's warm smile confused the man, he didn't expect this care from a stranger but he accepted the meal from him.

Sal ate the entire thing right there, wiping a tear from his eye. "Thank you very much!" He said.

Bein snickered. "Why're you crying? It's just some dang food!" He said.

Kaito whacked the little demon on the head. "You don't understand the power behind a good meal!" He yelled.

Bein held his little head. "What's your problem?!"

Sal looked at the two of them bickering, and he began to laugh. "I hope I get the pleasure of seeing you again mr?"

"My name Kaito!"

Sal smiles back. "Right, i'll see you around Kaito." He said before disappearing back into the trees.

Bein just shook his head. "You humans are so weird."

In the daytime once everyone else woke up. They got back in the road. And within a few hours from that, they had finally arrived in the city of Fellshire.

They all couldn't believe what they were seeing, the city of Fellshire was huge, bigger than big!

"T-this place is amazing!" Kaito shouted.

Nanami nodded along, watching as the fabled train shot across the city at the speed of sound. "This truly is the city of progress!" She couldn't contain her excitement.

Nanami wonders if they have labs open to the public she's been designing something new, the technology here would be greatly useful.

Patty looked at them all. "Well, this isn't only the city of progress, it's also the capital of the liberty region." She said.

Dante looked stunned for a moment. "Right, I completely forgot about that!"

Toni shrugged. "It doesn't matter the name, in all my years I never thought I'd see buildings this large!"

Kaito grabs Patty by the hand. "Let's go find your guild hall!" He said as she leads the way.

Following Patty aroun they continue looking around at the sheer beauty of the city of Fellshire. Everywhere they turned there was more to see!

Patty had stopped at the door to her guild hall. "This is it, but Mr, Kaito I ask that you-"

"Of course!" Kaito ignores her timid ramblings and he throws the doors to the guild hall wide open! "Where is Haruko!?" He blurted.
