Hey everyone,
I just want to take a moment to speak honestly with you all. Lately, I've been feeling really exhausted and demotivated. Writing The Silence That Binds has taken so much out of me — emotionally, mentally, and even physically. The injury in my right hand that I mentioned before still hasn't fully healed, and it's made typing and keeping up with my ideas really difficult.
I poured my heart into this story — every scene, every silence, every secret — but right now, I just need to step back and breathe. As a first-time writer, not getting much support after putting in so much emotion and effort has been truly draining. It's not that I've lost love for Gemma's story; it's just that I've lost a bit of myself in the process.
This isn't goodbye. It's just a pause — a chance to rest, recover, and find that spark again. Thank you to everyone who's read, commented, or even silently followed along. Your presence has meant more than I can say.
When I return, I promise to come back stronger — for Gemma, for the story, and for you.
