"If he is really straight... why would he lean in the other night?!" The words slip from Henry's mouth before he even realizes it ..filling the empty space of the car.
His eyes dart around instinctively, scanning the seats as though to confirm that Riley isn't there and hasn't heard him..
But of course, he knows Riley already went inside the house.
He knows he is completely alone out here, just sitting in the car long after he should have moved. Still, the urge to look around remains, as if to confirm it with his own eyes.
The question claws at him more than he wants to admit.
And what business is it of his anyway? He scolds himself for even thinking about it, trying to pull his mind away.
But before he can stop himself, the thought creeps back, slipping through the cracks of his resistance.
At least he is bisexual then.
The words echo in his mind, stubborn and insistent, and Henry exhales in frustration, running a hand down his face.
