Hazel's POV
"What do you mean by that? Lies! Those are all lies! Who would believe such nonsense? How can I use a witch to predict what would happen and even go as far as manipulating you? Do you have any idea about what you're talking about? Stop lying and say the truth for once," he said, but he clearly looked shaken.
"Really? But you just used your mouth to expose yourself earlier. You've been hurting countless people and now that the truth is finally out, you dare lie in front of everyone?" Colton snapped at him but soon shook his head in regret.
"Of course, what was I expecting? You'll never admit the truth until it's been shown in public," and with that last speech someone was pushed through the crowd and the people paved the way for them.
Lily pushed the witch that had been aiding Liam down on the floor, and she fell on her knees and hands. Looking at Liam, I could see the shock on his face. He seemed shocked and frightened, almost as if he were about to collapse.
