Chapter 282 – Yusuke vs. Madara
"You're back already? You haven't come home for two days, have you?" Kurenai said as she looked at Yusuke.
"I got set up by someone. What can I do?" Yusuke replied casually, waving his hand as he walked over and pulled Kurenai into his arms.
"How's the situation over there? Tsunade-nee?" Kurenai asked, looking up at him.
"No major issues. Uchiha Madara has been revived. But with Tsunade's strength, even if she can't win, she can at least hold him back for a while," Yusuke said calmly.
"You're not going to help?" Kurenai asked.
"I came back first to make sure you're safe. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to focus on protecting you," Yusuke replied.
"Oh? Is the enemy this time really enough to make you worry like that?" Kurenai asked curiously.
"Of course. If anything, I'm actually feeling pretty excited right now," Yusuke said with a faint smile.
"Shizune, Kurenai, Rin—listen carefully. During this period, none of you are allowed to leave Sky Island under any circumstances," Yusuke said in a serious tone.
"Understood, Yusuke-nii," Shizune replied immediately.
Yusuke nodded, then began setting up barriers around the area. With this in place, Infinite Tsukuyomi would be unable to reach them.
"Alright, I'm heading out now," Yusuke said. As soon as he finished speaking, his figure vanished from the spot.
When Yusuke appeared again, he was already on the battlefield.
At that moment, Tsunade was locked in a fierce battle with Uchiha Madara, but her condition was clearly not good. Her consumption was enormous.
"Tsunade, I really didn't expect you to inherit Hashirama's Wood Release. That surprised me," Madara said as he looked at her.
Although Tsunade's Wood Release was not particularly powerful, it still caused Madara quite a bit of trouble. What shocked him the most, however, was Tsunade's physical strength.

Tsunade frowned and stared at Madara. The next moment, Madara controlled Susanoo and charged straight at her.
"Damn it… am I going to lose?" Tsunade muttered to herself.
Using Armament Haki and chakra at the same time had drained her far too much. As the giant Susanoo sword was about to fall, the other four Kage prepared to act. Even though they knew they were no match, as the Kage of their respective villages, they had no choice but to step in.
"Hmph."
A cold voice rang out. In an instant, an overwhelming repulsive force sent the massive Susanoo flying away.
"So you finally showed up." The moment she heard that voice, Tsunade felt a wave of relief. She saw a figure appear beside her, supporting her body.
"This is really embarrassing, Tsuna-chan. I've told you before—you need to train more," Yusuke said as he rubbed Tsunade's head.
"Aren't you here? Why would I need to train more?" Tsunade shot back, giving Yusuke a sideways glance.
Yusuke shook his head and immediately began healing Tsunade's injuries.
"So you finally appear, Hatake Yusuke," Madara said as he stood before him.
"Come. I've been waiting for you for a long time," Madara said, his face filled with battle lust.
"…Honestly, I didn't want to say this, but your current state is too weak. I'm not that interested," Yusuke said helplessly, shrugging his shoulders.
"Hatake Yusuke, show me how far you've grown over these years," Madara said, completely ignoring Yusuke's words. All he wanted was a battle without restraint.
"Fine. I'll play with you for a bit," Yusuke replied.
He looked at Madara, then slowly removed the cloth covering his eyes, revealing pale blue eyes that stared directly at him. Even though he didn't need to use his full strength, Yusuke still wanted to show the highest level of respect to this opponent.
"Good eyes," Madara said.
Though he was curious, all he wanted now was to fight. His eyes shifted as well, turning into purple Rinnegan.
Madara instantly dashed toward Yusuke.
The two clashed in pure taijutsu. Over a long period of time, Madara's body was shattered again and again, countless times.
"Hahahaha! Strong… too strong!" There was no fear in Madara's eyes—only excitement that continued to burn brighter.
"Oh wow. In front of so many people, you're really making me show off, Madara," Yusuke said.
In an instant, he vanished from Madara's sight, then appeared behind him and kicked him into the air. His figure flickered again, reappearing behind Madara once more as he delivered another kick.
"Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation!"
Madara spewed out a sea of flames from his mouth.
"Mirror Flame."
Yusuke's arm transformed into fire. A massive sea of flames, several times larger than Madara's, instantly engulfed him.
"Susanoo!"
Madara immediately summoned Perfect Susanoo, splitting Yusuke's flames apart and slashing back toward him.
"Ama-no-Murakumo."
Yusuke casually blocked Madara's attack.
"Wave Slash."
He swung his blade-like strike. In an instant, the massive Susanoo was split into four separate pieces.
"Truly shocking power," Madara said.
Both Kakashi and Tsunade had needed to exert their full strength just to damage Susanoo. Yet the man before him had split it apart with ease. Moreover, this Susanoo was formed from the power of his Rinnegan.
"Can't keep up anymore? In that case, since you're immortal, accompany me properly. My little brother has troubled you for quite a while already, hasn't he?" Yusuke said with a smile.
Madara did not respond. He continued to push his ocular power higher. Susanoo grew even larger, its color turning darker and more ominous.
"By the way, aren't you very good at summoning meteors? I'll let you experience that too," Yusuke said lightly.
"Gravity: Meteor."
Purple energy surged around Yusuke's body. Moments later, several enormous meteors descended from the sky. Each one was no smaller than the meteors Madara had summoned before, crashing down at terrifying speed, friction with the air igniting them in blazing flames.
"This… isn't this a bit too much?" Even Tsunade was stunned by the sight.
Everyone around them stood frozen in silence. This battle made them feel like children watching adults at play.
"Come on!" Madara shouted, his face filled with pure exhilaration.
He didn't dodge at all. Instead, he controlled Susanoo to fly into the sky and shattered every meteor that filled the heavens.
"That's how it should be, Uchiha Madara."
"Gravity Blade: Hell Journey."
Yusuke hovered above Susanoo. An overwhelming gravitational pressure slammed Susanoo straight into the ground.
"Lion's Might: Earth Coil."
The ground seemed to come alive, transforming into roaring lions that surrounded Susanoo. Even when their heads were destroyed, they instantly regenerated.
"Shinra Tensei!"
A terrifying repulsive force burst outward, instantly erasing the lions.
"Such a truly versatile ability. Even flames aren't all that effective," Yusuke remarked.
The earthen lions formed once more, charging Madara with thunderous roars.
Madara could only use Shinra Tensei again to suppress them.
"Chibaku Tensei."
A black sphere formed in Madara's hand. The surrounding earth began to rise into the air, preventing the lions from forming any further.
"This is how it should be, Madara," Yusuke said as he looked at him.
"You are impressive as well, Hatake Yusuke," Madara replied, meeting his gaze.
At the same time, Madara's hands began forming seals.
"Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees."
