The Councilor is just a lean middle age man who wearing gorgeous clothes and sitting on a horse.
Darui, the right-hand man of the Fourth Raikage, whom he later succeeds as the Fifth Raikage after the Fourth Ninja War.
Darui is a fairly tall, dark-skinned man with a slightly bulbous nose, black eyes that usually look bored, and shaggy, white hair which covers his left eye. He wears a high-collared, sleeveless uniform with loose fitting pants, bandages on his wrists and the one-strap-over-one-shoulder flak jacket of a Kumogakure shinobi.

Killer B has dark skin and a muscular build, as well as white hair and a goatee. On his right shoulder, he has a tattoo of the kanji for "iron", which is the Iron Armour Seal that was used to seal Gyūki into him, and on his left cheek, he has a tattoo of a bull's horn. His top lip also has a slightly darker hue than his bottom one.
Killer B wears oval-shaped sunglasses and a white-coloured forehead protector. He also has his village's standard one-strap-over-one-shoulder flak jacket, and a long, red rope belt tied around his waist, the standard Kumo hand and shin guards, shinobi sandals, and a white scarf around his neck. In the anime the trim on his flak jacket is white, but in the manga it is yellowish. He originally carried seven swords on his back, but now he only carries two swords on his back.
Yugiyo Nii, Elite Jonin, the current Two Tail Jinchuriki, Mayayabi, one of the Perfect Jinchuriki existed in this world.
Yugito had long, straight, blonde, hair bound with taut bandages, dark eyes and she wore red lipstick. She wore a short-sleeved black and purple blouse and black pants, both of which had a design similar to clouds on them, purple fingerless gloves and a chain of blue beads wound around her left hand.
She also wore the standard Kumogakure forehead protector, sandals and a kunai holster, which was strapped to her right thigh. Yugito also wore bandages around her arms and legs as well as a red belt around her waist.
Behind them is thirty Elite Jonin, two hundred Chunin, and couple of Genin who escorting the caravan.
"Lord Killer B, is the plan of Fourth Raikage is right? I feel nervous somehow." Yugito nervous said.
"Yow, yow, don't get nervous Yugito, I'm going to hold them so no worry." Killer B said with his crappy rap speaking voice.
"But.... Releasing Tail Beast in front of a Prince..... Seems to much, we also followed by the people of Daimyo." Yugito said while looking at the Councilor walking behind.
"No, no, no worry, I'm strong, and we come to scare that kid so no worry yow."
Yugito still can't remove the strange feeling inside of her head, even though she want to ask them all to get back and she will walk alone on her own.
Even though she is being send as part of the compensation, Yugito think that her sacrifice is worth for the safety and security of the Hidden Cloud Village.
She heard that some Prince or Princess have strange hobby, and she knows some strange things as she grow up so she already accepted what's going to happen next.
The thing she can't accept is to endanger her own friends and people, she can sacrifice even herself just to serve the village.
That's why when she heard that she want by the other party, she accepted it easily, for her, this is the best outcome of the trouble Dodai did.
Being a concubine, slave, maid, or even a pet cat by that Prince is all of her own understanding so she is not worry what will happen to her.
"Someone is coming!" A Jonin shouted making everyone become alert.
Couple of seconds later, a group of Konoha Ninja arrived, lead by Kakashi.
"Cloud Shinobi envoy?"
"Yes." Yugito said.
"Follow us." Kakashi said then disappear in front of them.
