After the Sarutobi Elder take our by the Anbu, the meeting finally started normally.
Sarutobi Hiruzen look at the Book of seal, he open it and look carefully but he did not see anything inside that looks like what the kid said.
"Where is the thing you saying?"
"It's not like that Master Hokage, you are looking it different."
"Different?"
Xin pointed something, the wooden core of the huge scroll and said." The Agreement is written and hide inside of the hidden compartment of the Book of Seal."
"What?! Really!"
Sarutobi Hiruzen was amazed, he never thought of that the Book of Seal hide something as important as the Agreement from the House of Usagi and the Clan Leader of the Konoha.
"You can open it using the seal Lord Hashirama left and a drop of blood of Usagi Clan."
"The blood is available, but I can't remember the seal you talking." Sarutobi Hiruzen helpless said.
"Actually, the seal is within this room." Xin pointed the Hokage Hat that is hanging in the wall.
"I can sense it, the seal is well hidden inside of the compartment of Hokage Hat."
Utatane stand up, take the hat and try to find it, just like what the kid said, there's a secret compartment inside of the Hokage Hat.
After opening it, there's a wooden seal inside just like what the kid said, after looking carefully, she pass it to Sarutobi.
"Another secret that I never know until today."
Xin smile at him and mysteriously said." Actually, this secret is designed to not to be use by the future leader of the Konoha."
"What do you mean?" Sarutobi Hiruzen suddenly feel nervous, he don't know why but he start to feel nervous right now.
"You will know it after you see the agreement."
Xin then look at Nara Shikaku and nodded.
Shikaku nodded back and walk towards the Hokage with open hand, Sarutobi give the Book of Seal and the seal then look back at Shikaku with questioning gaze.
Seeing his gaze, Shikaku helpless shake his head and walk back to Xin presenting the Book of Seal and the Konoha Seal.
Xin take it, bite his finger and press it to the seal, he then take the seal and press it in the middle of the wooden core of the Book of Seal.
Slightly twisted his hand, a click can be heard, everyone can't help but to amazed, they never expect that the Book of Seal hide a hidden compartment in the wooden core of the Seal.
Opening the upperpao, a hidden compartment is show, Xin take a simple paper and pass it to Shikaku without looking into it.
"As the Agreement of our ancestors, Patriarch Nara will read it as the representative of the Clan Leaders of Konoha."
Everyone boss, accept the arrangements, Hokage and the Elder Group also accept it, they know Nara Shikaku will not going to do something stupid.
Nara Shikaku clear his throat and open the scroll, he look carefully before reading but hai face change after seeing the content of the scroll.
His expression is seen by everyone, this made everyone look confused and also scared at same time.
"Shikaku?" Third Hokage confused asked.
"Is there something wrong?"
"This.... Lord Hokage.." Shikaku look at Third Hokage with grave expression.
Seeing this, Sarutobi Hiruzen know something bad is about to happen, he wanted to stop it but he know he don't hold the power right now.
There is someone who hold more power than the Hokage, and that is the Owner of the Land, Xin Usagi.
"What's the matter? Read it so that everyone can hear the content." Xin calmly said, his calmness makes Shikaku even more nervous.
"Go ahead Shikaku, read it for us."
"..... Yes.."
