Chapter 37 - Chapter 37 – Many Parties Gather

In the outer waters surrounding God Valley, dozens of Marine warships formed what seemed an unbreakable steel barrier. Their sleek hulls reflected the sunlight, cannon barrels glinting like cold daggers.

Above the masts, seagulls circled lazily, and a steady sea breeze carried a deceptive calm across the waves. But the stillness was tense, pregnant with anticipation.

Suddenly—

"Boom—!!!"

A violent explosion erupted from the eastern sea. Flames leapt high as a Marine frigate was torn in half, sinking helplessly into the deep, dark waters.

"Enemy attack! Enemy attack on the eastern defense line!" a Marine lookout screamed, his voice hoarse with terror.

"How is this possible?! This was top-secret information!" another officer barked, disbelief etched across his face.

Before the fleet could react, dense black dots on the horizon expanded rapidly. One by one, they revealed themselves as countless pirate ships, each proudly flying the Jolly Roger of some legendary outlaw.

Leading the charge was a colossal vessel, so massive it seemed like a moving island. Its unrestrained, terrifying symbol on the bow froze the Marines who glimpsed it as though the chill of death had seeped into their bones.

The Rocks Pirates had arrived.

"Report to headquarters! It's Rocks! The entire Rocks Pirates fleet has appeared!" Terrified voices crackled over the Den Den Mushi. "Not only them! Golden Lion Shiki, Charlotte Linlin, Edward Newgate… nearly all legendary great pirates are here!"

On the deck of the flagship, Rocks D. Xebec stood tall, exuding an aura of absolute dominance. His shadowed face revealed nothing, yet the presence of his gaze alone silenced his crew.

"Rocks Pirates! Follow me!" His command was absolute.

From every corner of the deck, laughter and shouts erupted:

"Gurararara… I'm going to claim all the treasure!" Edward Newgate roared, spinning his naginata with glee.

"Mamamama! Of course, it will all be mine!" Charlotte Linlin said, licking the corner of her mouth, eyes shining with insatiable greed.

A young man with two horns and a massive spiked club—Kaido—snorted disdainfully. "What use is it to you, Linlin?"

Linlin's roar of indignation echoed: "What did you say, brat?!"

"Hahaha! Stop arguing! The one who gets the goods wins!" Golden Lion Shiki laughed, floating effortlessly above the deck.

Among the cacophony, two women of strikingly different presence argued in contrast.

"Really, such crude men… can't you at least try to be elegant?" Stussy murmured, lazily brushing her hair.

"Shut up, brat. Just make sure you don't wet your pants later." Gloriosa, Empress of Amazon Lily, replied with sharp amusement.

Around them, legendary pirates like Captain John, Wang Zhi, and Silver Axe prepared themselves. Individually, each could make the World Government tremble. Together, they formed a volatile coalition bound by ambition, ready to tear God Valley apart.

---

On the island, the Celestial Dragons' celebration was abruptly disrupted by the thunder of cannon fire.

Anger replaced surprise. Saint Top's golden goblet shattered as he slammed it down in fury.

"What is the Marine doing?! Why are pirates interfering?!" he roared. "These good-for-nothings! Our game has been disturbed!"

Other Celestial Dragons joined in the complaints, their outrage mingled with the arrogance of self-proclaimed gods whose play had been interrupted.

High on a cliff, Satan Saint observed the unfolding chaos. His gaze shifted casually from the slaughter below to the distant horizon, unmoved, as if he were watching ants scuttle about.

Meanwhile, the commander of the God's Knights, Figarland Garling, the man with the crescent-shaped hairstyle, rose slowly.

"Have the Marines change shifts." His voice was calm but carried unshakable authority.

Drawing his sword from its sheath, the blade gleamed coldly under the sun.

"God's Knights, full attack!"

The battle was about to escalate from an orchestrated hunt to a war.

---

On the western coast of God Valley, Gol D. Roger was the first to leap from his ship.

"Heh heh… today's going to be fun," Rayleigh said, adjusting his glasses and smiling with anticipation.

Jabba, hefting twin axes, quipped: "Roger, no Captain's privilege for this treasure!"

One by one, crew members landed on the battlefield, faces shining with determination and confidence. Only one figure remained in the shadows: Kyle.

Beneath his black hair, his golden pupils reflected the carnage. Unlike his comrades, he did not feel excitement. The scene before him—a "game" of slaughter for pleasure—stirred memories of his previous life's darkest chapters. Fleeing civilians, the laughter of gunfire, lives treated as spoils… it all fed the deep, burning rage in his chest.

Damn you, Celestial Dragon pigs… I want to kill someone right now…

His grip on the black-gold naginata tightened, knuckles whitening. The rage in him burned hotter than any technique, more lethal than any enemy's strike.

Roger, sensing his mood, turned and grinned. "What's wrong, Kyle? Seasick?"

Kyle's gloom melted into a calm, almost casual smile, though his eyes remained sharp.

"No, Roger. I just… find it a bit too noisy here." He twirled his naginata, golden eyes glinting, looking toward the heart of the island.

---

The God Valley battlefield was already a crucible. Marine defenses, formidable in theory, shredded like paper against these legendary pirates.

"Hold them! Hold them for me!" a Marine Colonel screamed, blood and sweat streaking his face. "Our mission is to protect the Celestial Dragons! We cannot retreat!"

"Requesting reinforcement! The eastern defense line has collapsed! The Rocks Pirates have penetrated!"

"Enemies also on the west coast! Roger's crew has broken CP's blockade!"

The Den Den Mushi echoed frantic cries: "We can't hold on! Too many enemies! We're losing!"

In the temporary command center, a general slammed the table, desperation written across every line of his face. "Rocks, Roger, Golden Lion… all the monsters of the world have converged! Our men are dying!"

From afar, Kong's voice rang urgently: "Hold on! Reinforcements are en route!"

"Reinforcements? Who can—" The general's words were cut short.

Boom—!!!

A massive dog-headed warship rammed through the pirate flank, scattering vessels like ragdolls. Garp leapt from the deck without waiting for docking, roaring a challenge that made waves crash against the nearest cliffs.

"Where's Roger?! Tell me where that bastard is!"

Monkey D. Dragon, dragged along, raised a hand to shield his face from both his father's antics and the hellish battlefield around them.

The stage was set. Pirates, Marines, and Celestial Dragons clashed in a maelstrom of chaos, each party vying for control over God Valley. The tides of destiny were about to shift in ways the world would never forget.
