Chapter 330: The Reveal of the Hidden
The Lower Districts screamed under the weight of the assault.
The three Arcane Siege Golems were unstoppable juggernauts. They didn't march; they plowed. Every swing of their massive iron arms pulverized the ancient root-pillars supporting the ceiling. Dust rained down in choking clouds, and the ground shook with a rhythmic, terrified heartbeat.
"They're collapsing the sector!" Elara coughed, firing an arrow that shattered uselessly against the lead Golem's stone chest. "If they take out the main strut, the entire market square—and the King—will be buried!"
"We can't penetrate their armor!" Leon yelled, dodging a piece of falling debris. He swung his [Breaker's Hammer] at the Golem's leg.
CLANG.
It chipped the stone, but the Golem didn't even slow down. It backhanded Leon with a force that sent him flying into a wall of moss.
"Leon!" I shouted.
I scanned the behemoths with my [Quantum Analysis Mind].
