"These are the weapons you ordered. It will be $250,000 per case, with ten total." Talia said as the Gangster looked through the cases.
"I feel like $250,000 a case is just too much. I am thinking maybe you should gift these to us instead." The Gangster said as his men pulled out their weapons. This was a classic case of double-crossing as I started to activate The Gate of Babylon, which began to spread out inside the warehouse.
But it looked like nothing more than ripples on the walls and roof as Talia laughed at the Gangster for a moment. "Just pay the money and be on your way. Or I can kill you and take your money." She said, snapping her finger, but the group with her didn't move. "It looks like there is turmoil inside your League, Talia." The Gangster said.
"Some people desire for you to enter retirement, Talia." The Gangster said before taking a drag of his cigar. The Gangster nodded to the men who started to surround her, making me smirk as I let the points of swords show up above the men. As I jumped off the beams near the ceiling, I landed, and the men looked towards me, and the swords fell from the ceiling, impaling them.
"Well, would you look at who I have here. Talia Al Ghul, I would kill you, but I have other plans for you." I said, walking towards her as she pulled out a gun and shot at me, making me cut the bullets with the sword in my hand, as she ran towards a crate and pulled out an RPG. She aimed it at me and pulled the trigger. I side-stepped the RPG warhead as it slammed into one of the Gangsters' cars, making it explode, setting the warehouse on fire.
Rushing towards Talia and sending a punch to her stomach, knocking her out as I threw her over my shoulder, undoing The Gate of Babylon, and making haste away from the warehouse district. Making my way to an abandoned hospital that I had learned about from the nurses this morning. Talia was still knocked out as I lay her on a bed and tied her arms and legs to the railings.
